The breakfast was okay, but that was it.

Very noisy, due to no noise isolation. You could hear every person outside. We were next to the registration tablet and entrance. The beds were of bad quality. Also the room was way to hot.

It's very easy to find, close to everything, comfortable, the breakfast is super nice.

Clean, spacious, great location, great breakfast. Not much more to ask for!

Lot‘s of ticks in the room. TICKS!Crawling happily on the curtains and in the shower. 20+ rooms but only 4 spaces for parking. No staff, but weird online check in machine on the wall.

Bed, pillow, blankets are all comfortable. Breakfast is good.

No kettle in the room. Luggage drop off has little instruction.

I ordered a "Superior Quadruple Room" which should have a queen size bed and a bunk bed. Instead we received a room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. I do not consider a sofa bed as a bed because it simply does not offer a comfortable sleep. I do all to avoid "sofa beds". Hopfenhotel offered a bunk bed but we received a sofa bed.

Had to wait two more hours for the room to be ready, even though 2pm stated check-in is already quite late. There is no reception. Upon arrival we were greeted by a group of 20 drunk half-naked men playing incredibly loud music while taking drugs in the courtyard. Even though on the phone they promised a refund, it never came.

Very well appointed and good location for easy walking in and around the historic centre. Excellent breakfast buffet which was good value. A 7 minute walk from the main railway station.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. Also the online directions need to make it very clear the client MUST download the building and room entry code prior to arrival as there is NO reception or staff to assist on arrival.

Cozy and nice self-service small hotel. Just on the midway between old town and Hauptbahnhof, less than 10 min. by foot from the station. Simple but tasty and enough choice breakfast

The breakfast was quite good.The reception was instead a bit complicated, because the link sent by mail wasn't working, but the hotel manager helped on the phone.

The check-in procedure isn't really working.

The place was nice enough but having had to pay for a breakfast that was poor left me not wanting to come back.

If you have to pay for breakfast it would be nice to have breakfast. The fact that we didn’t have a choice but to pay for breakfast and you were basically out of everything by 9:00am is a ripoff. No eggs, no fruit, no milk, made a trip to the restaurant a waste of time.

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal for walking into the old town.

I like the mix of self check in and staff available for breakfast etc. I didn't use breakfast but the efficient self checkin is great. Why checking all kind of information that you already have provided. There is no need for that. The modern rooms in this old farm house style building is very nice done

Please ensure that the two vending machines providing softdrinks and snacks are working properly. It is a relevant part of a non-staffed facility.

The room is rather dark without ceiling lightingIt would be good to have an electric kettle or a fridge.

I found the location excellent for any trip, 5 minutes from the center on foot and 5 minutes from the ZOB (Central Bus Station). The bed was really comfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights and all of them I had a great nights sleep. The temperature in the room can be really warm and that's amazing, the radiators are strong and at their maximum they create a dessert. The bathroom was really comfortable for its relatively small size.

The windows were not great. The room was dim at best and shadowy at the worst. The windows are frosted so they helped a bit but they are really small and unhelpful. The room is super small, at least the one we were in. Super compact. A little too small.

Room was super nice. I don't know whether they upgraded me, but I had two double beds in my room, rather than the single room I booked. So, it was really spacious and luxurious compared to some places I had stayed at. Underfloor heating which heated the room really well, great bathroom, good sized closet, good location.

In winter the room is nice and everything is new. Staff is easy to reach via booking l.com chat

Only bad thing is no lifts in facility. We have a big bag because we stay for 6 nights and all girls so a bit difficult to carry all the bags

It was a very nice stay. I came late, the check in with door locks was easy and without personal contact. The room was very nice! Thanks so much. I would come again.
