Very cool old hotel

Somewhat limited breakfast

Good location to old city. Beautiful facility and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Air conditioner was not working properly and was not corrected even though we reported it.

I loved the location, the old charm of the hotel, the super friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast, the lovely breakfast room..

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

One of our favorite stays on our 30 day freelance Europe trip. Staff, room, breakfast were outstanding. It is vintage, but very well maintained and very clean. Their lobby Christmas Tree was so inviting.

I like everything. I cannot think of any negatives.

Staff was very nice and hotel was spotless and breakfast was delicious. . Close to everything. WeFelt safe walking around the beautiful town.

The description on Booking.com said we would have a city view. We didn’t. They said the hotel had been renovated and maybe that was why our category of room didn’t have a city view. They gave us an option to pay for city view or they could move us to a park view atno charge. We moved to park view. Room was much bigger and very nice.

Very cool older hotel with exceedingly polite staff, gorgeous decorations, and a pretty good breakfast. Onsite parking is always great, and they even provided wash cloths in the bathroom, a rarity for Europe. Great location, easy walk to the Dom, Rathaus, Christmas markets, etc. Don't forget to try the smoked beer.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at this fantastic hotel, and it was a delightful experience. Location:The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled right behind the Old Town and just a short walk from the metro station. This made exploring the charming streets and historic sites incredibly convenient, as well as providing easy access to other parts of the city.Ambiance and Aesthetics:The hotel itself is a sight to behold, beautifully combining historical charm with modern elegance. Its exterior and interior capture the essence of its past while offering the comforts of today. It was a joy to stay in such a pretty and atmospheric setting.Cleanliness and Comfort:Both the hotel and our room were impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The room was quite spacious and furnished with care, providing a tranquil and relaxing environment. It was the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Bed could be more comfortable

Beautiful room, great climate control, lovely staff.

The shower stall was very small with no curtain or glass. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.

We loved this hotel so much. The room was huge and comfortable, brightly lit with a great view. It felt very elegant and dignified and had extra special touches.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work.

The room, bed and bathroom were large and comfortable. I enjoyed the bath and that there was a coffee machine and fridge. The doored balcony was sweet and the windows allowed fresh air into the room. Fresh fruit, and real orange juice were a big winner for me after being offered pre-mixed fruit and juice over the past 3 weeks. The location was around 300 mtrs from the main strip and the hotel has a lovely food establishment downstairs.

There are pros and cons with the restaurant downstairs - it was a late night with noise, but I wouldn't let that stop you from visiting. As feedback fir imptovement, maybe milk in the room for the coffee and better toiletries in the bathroom lift comfort levels fir guests. The hotel is very elegant.

Bathroom is not at top standards.Bed is nice, but could be larger.

The hotel reminded me of grand hotels of the gilded years, which it was built at that time. They had extras like a welcoming drink with little cookies that made it even more grand. The breakfast was laid out very well and the addition of stuff like fresh squeezed orange juice and tea or coffee served in tea pots was awesome.

The pictures make the family suites look like there are 2 bedrooms. We moved to room with a small room off the bathroom that had a twin bed to allow our child some privacy. That part of the hotel does not have air conditioning, but it was good for us based on the time of year of winter. It was a cold room, but our kid loves the cold.

Wonderful welcoming staff, beautiful old hotel, rooms were very nice, large and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. Great location. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. A lovely breakfast in an elegant restaurant. A beautiful hotel.

The shower was the only fault. Would be nice to have a screen over the bath.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The location is great - easily walkable to all the main sites. We also liked the historic nature of the building and the architectural details.

Bathroom was super small, but functional.
