Everything. It is a great location to explore charming Bamburg, just a ten-minute walk downhill. Good not to be in the city center and therefore peaceful and quiet surroundings. Free parking. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful, comfortable and quiet, and has a beautiful view. Breakfast was European delicious and elegant. Lovely courtyard with beer, coffee and cakes available. We will definitely stay here again.

We liked everything.

This place is a gem! Walking distance to the old town and yet set off in a beautiful location on its own. Our rooms were clean and the staff was incredible. The breakfast was phenomenal.

I have no complaints about this place. A note you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs, but really isn’t worth any negative complaints.

Its located on top of the hill and our room had a nice view to the town as old town is just a walking distance away. Parking was private and free as well. Late check in was done by keybox.

Beautiful property with a great view of the town. Easy to reach location (with car) and free parking. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast, but our room was really nice and very clean. Lovely decor. Very good night sleep.

The shower doors don’t hold back the water, so the bathroom floor ended up quite wet. The soft orange lamp lighting is beautiful, but we would have liked to have the option of a brighter lamp at times as the room was very dark.

It is on a hill so be prepared or plan to take a taxi if you are going to the downtown.

Nice view and big room

I booked and paid, Check-in was until 23.30 h, I came at 23.00, hotel and reception was closed, 5 people inside behind the glass door, starring at me and afraid to talk to me and open the door. In the end receptionist asked me do I need help when she was going home and needed to go out and pass next to me. Then she was very unhappy that she needs to check me in.. and others were just starring at me in like they never seen a human before. Creepy experience but the hotel and room is good.

The hotel is not far from the old town, about several minutes walk away. On a hill outside the urban, you can see the skyline of the old town from the restaurant. The staff is very warm and thoughtful. There is very quiet at night, and the bed is very comfortable. This hotel is worth recommending.

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not provide dinner in the evening.

Lovely spot high up for great views. Very quiet and clean. Close to the old town which was my main reason to visit.

I didn’t mind it, but as it’s up on a hill, and buses are not frequent, something for older people or those with mobility issues to consider.

Away from city center

Not much!

Sorry can’t give a good review due to the management forcing us to pay for two rooms when we only used one. I get the 3rd party booking system, but saying that we won’t be paying for the second room that we booked when check in, then saying another when checking out. It’s not ok!

It was a beautiful location away from the modeling crowds but easy access to all the icons of area

That the bedrooms had not blockout blinds or curtains so wide awake at 5am ?

Big and nice room with a beautiful view, excellent breakfast and very kind service. I can only recommend it!

Inattentive front desk staff-not rude--just not totally into it :-)There is no lift, which for us was ok but should be noted.Room was not totally clean upon arrival--nothing major!Location not ideal if you want to walk back and forth into town.

The accommodation was great! Cute and cozy bedroom with your own bathroom, very comfortable bed and quite quiet hotel. The sraff were very friendly and helpful. And the view from the restaurant is amazing - you have the whole town on the palm of your hand. Highly recommended to stay here.

The view was very nice. Last minute booking price was super good.

The noise from the floor and next room was relatively loud in the room.
