Am Blumenhaus

The location was perfect for our memory lane trip back to Bamberg. The parking garage is an easy walk. There is a delightful Indian restaurant around the corner. It is an easy walk to Hain Park and the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful. This will be my -go to -for future Bamberg visits.

Great accommodation and within walking distance is Bamberg’s old town district. Breakfast was a very decent spread for a small hotel and comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful.

This is a lovely little property close to transportation, The breakfast is very very delicious, full of egzotic fruits, definitely would recommend.

Check in was easy even though we arrived late. The room was lovely, bathroom was roomy and clean. The location is close enough to town that you can walk without having to manage the drama of old town parking and navigating streets in the car. The breakfast was fantastic. Definitely would recommend.

Rooms are not very sound proof with being able to hear people in hallway and people walking around in rooms above our room.

Location of the hotel 15min walk from the city centre. Comfortable & clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to the underground public parking where you may park your car.

Only one coffee machine- waiting too long for the coffee. Also, it was raining and there were no umbrellas to offer.

Quiet neighborhood, but close to shops and the heart of the city.

Rooms can be rather hot in summer. Single rooms do have narrow beds.

When it’s hot, you kind of miss the airconditioning. Also the Parking is not ideal.But all the other things (great room/bed and very nice breakfast), make’s up for all that

The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices, a lot of fruits. They even had raspberries and blueberries what I've never seen in any other hotel.Location is good. Quite but walking distance to the old town.The room was comfortable and clean.

The rooms are not soundproof. You hear people from other rooms and the hallways.

The hotel is close to the centre and you can reach the places to visit in 10 minutes on foot. You can walk from the railway station to the hotel in 15-20 minutes. The room was quite large, comfortable for a family of 4 people. The breakfast was quite nice and rich.

Quadruple room had separate room for children. Room was clean and spacious. Location was convenient and just a short walk to old town. Breakfast was quite good except for the very hard boiled eggs. Beautiful flowers in front of the property was a nice touch! On day 2 we discovered there is a soda machine in the kitchen that provides water with bubbles so we filled our water bottles up for the road!

Can hear noises from above. Sometimes sounds like furniture was being moved. Wish we had a water boiler in the room.

Location was great. Rooms comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here on trip to Bamberg.
