Cons -

I did not the room I booked and paid for. I booked with a private bathroom but we didnt have one. We had to share a toilet and shower with 10 other people. We didnt stay, we booked another hotel for the night. Reception was closed. We called them and were offered 50% money back but I never heard from them again.
