Hotel Broletto Mantova - Centro Storico

excellent location and staff was very nice. Overall minimalist accommodations, but this is a 3 star hotel, so expectations should be based on that fact.

Deceit 3 star hotel

Staff kindness, location, comfort, cleanliness

---

The staff is very warm and welcoming and helpful. Perfectly located in center of historic area, with many great restaurants and sights close by. Room was a nice size with everything you need. Very nice breakfast. This little hotel is a gem!!

Small hotel, ideal location, friendly staff

Location is perfect, in the hart of the city.Staff very friendly. Complementary mini bar, refilled daily.

Great Location. Great views from verandah. Lovely staff.

Wobbly table in room. Verandah could have been tidier cleaner less given over to weeds.

Little nice and cosy hotel in a very centralLocation. Staff was very kind and made us likeat home. Breakfast excellent!

Room didn’t look likeThe image in the reservation. It could use a redecoration (walls to be repainted, new flooring)

The location is superb. The rooms comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful with great advice and relevant city information.

Central location perfect and quiet enough. Excellent breakfast.Very helpful staff who booked restaurants for us and smiled throughout. Comfortable bed, bathroom tight but acceptable. Good value. Charming service. Stayed 4 nights in foggy November. Recommended and would definitely return. Lift useful with suitcases.

Exterior needs repairing but no matter.

Location. As central as it could be.Lovely helpful staff.Good breakfast

Exterior is shabby.Interior is a mixture of nice modern doorways and.corridors but rather basic rooms. It was fine for 3 nights.

Very good location. The staff was exceptional; very helpful and very quick to respond to special requests and questions we had well before our arrival. The breakfast was excellent!

Our room had a bit of an odour, which was not totally unexpected when staying in older buildings with historic infrastructure. We never mentioned it to the staff as it seemed to dissipate with the windows open and we were only in town for one night.

The location was great . The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast was great .

Nothing . I would stay again .

Love the welcoming staff, the food, the location. It was all perfect and we definitely come back again

Nothing to dislike!

The welcoming staff, the food and the location were all perfect!

Nothing!

More options including eggs and bacon and brewed coffee would enhance offering.

Very nice to walk out the door and be in the historic district. Parking ended up being convenient except for Market day.

Central location in the heart of the historic city - short walk from nearest underground car park. Excellent base for exploring historic sites and monuments. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good air-conditioning. Satisfactory buffet breakfast.

Property slightly dilapidated and run down - due for renovation.

Perfect hospitality, professional, kind, precise. The room was clean and silent. Breakfast well assorted.

Central location in the city centre. Room had air conditioning, which was indispensable given that it was 35 degrees C outside. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was quite good.

Small desk was not great for working, and the room was not very dark, even with the shutters closed.

Very centralWell maintained

No bath

The pictures of the room selected in the Booking Gallery did not correspond to the room we had. Actually these photographs were shot in other Broletto hotels. Our room was much smaller than we did expect after looking at the Booking Gallery's pictures......It is unfair to display photographs of rooms which do not correspond to the rooms of Mantova Broletto hotel. The ration cost/quality was not relevant : the day fare was quite high compared to other hotels of the same category in Italy.Serge Santelli.
