Fabulous breakfast, terrific location, AND we had TWO full bathrooms! would love to come back again someday.

Breakfast was copious and after we asked the receptionist where there might be gluten free bakery in town, we noticed that gluten free options showed up at breakfast.

We loved it all, The staff was always cheerful and happy to help. they answered many questions and were always cheerful.

Great hotel. Beautiful, clean, well located.I must say we got a free upgrade, to the fantastic spa suite, so it was a double pleasure.Staff friendly and helpful.

The location and views were spectacular. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. And the staff could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful and views from the rooftop terrace are perfect.

The parking garage was hard to find. However, the hotel staff came with me to show me where it was at. The extra time and effort they put in to help guests was truly appreciated.

Location, location, location! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. View from room was great, but a bit noisy! Breakfast was excellent!

Bathroom door did not close properly.

The location was perfect. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was generous and good.

The parking situation was a bit awkward when we arrived, and the walk over cobblestones with out cases to the hotel entrance was unexpected. However, when we checked out they brought the car to us. A valet to park the car at check-in would be a big plus.

Nice upper mid-market hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, complimentary drinks on the roof terrace. Nice breakfast. Good value too.

Location is perfect! In the center of the old city…beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby….as well as churches and other famous places in the city.

Honestly everything was wonderful. I had a beautiful room that was very comfortable. I wish they had out on the AC prior to arrival because the room was about 95 degrees….but not a huge deal as the the AC worked well. Parking is a bit challenging….but once you do it a few times it gets easier.

Excellent location ; good breakfast ; clean and modern

Front desk staff was stressed and negative ( of course there is noise after all we are in the city center). We actually did not hear any noise. I noticed that she was working almost non stop for two full days, no wonder she was stressed .

For our one-night booking we were pleased to receive an upgrade to a spacious room on the 4th floor. Excellent locationin historic area, lovely breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and we enjoyed the roof terrace very much with its lovely view

The fridge didn't work at first but was soon fixed when we spoke to reception. The room was a bit chilly and the remote control didn't make it any warmer. If we had spoken to reception I am sure they would have fixed the temperature.

The general decor of the hotel was very attractive. Ultra clean and comfortable. lovely bathroom well equipped with great facilities. Bed extremely comfortable. location perfect, right in the centre of the city. Having a private garage was a bonus as we were only there for a couple of days so we just parked up and didn't need to worry about the car. Breakfast was fab with a great selection of both sweet and savoury. All in all a great experience

the only thing I would fault, which probably is a design issue due to the room dimensions but the positioning of the bed meant that on one side the gap was a little narrow so it was necessary to squeeze through to get to the bed. But it was only a small detail which didn't detract from the overall experience.

We were upgraded to a suite! The view and the size of the suite.

The location is fantastic!We had the room with nice balcony with great view.The breakfast was very good.The room clean and comfortable.

The location is great in the very center of Mantova, and the views from the room in the tower are spectacular.

Opposite the hotel a bar is situated which plays music outdoor loud enough you can hear it through the windows. We were lucky as the music stopped around midnight. We were told it can take into the wee hours.

The staff are really friendly.

I booked the hotel because they have a gym, on arriving they told me it would cost €25,00. This is the first time that a 4 star hotel charges money for the gym. It is not mentioned anywhere, I understand charging for parking they also clearly mention this. The hotel is furnished with cheap furniture, step in models from IKEA. 4 star hotel? The walls are paper thin, I could hear everthing the next door guest was doing.. relaly bad. 4 star hotel?

Our suite was spacious with windows and balconies over one of the historical central squares of the old town. Great breakfast with large choice of pastries. The hotel is located in the very city center with limited traffic, and offers car passes for circulation and parking.

Breakfast room was a bit cramped and stayed open until 10am during the week -- for a 4-star hotel it could stay open a bit longer.

I request the invoices& receipts for my bookings, 3 nights from 23th Oct to 26th Oct, 2 rooms. It took nearly one month. But until now, I still have not received the invoices. It is really top urgent.

The location and view were fantastic, the breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpfull and all spoke English. There is a private parking area which is very secure. In the evening the hotel offeren a drink on the roofteras which was very nice.

The bed was so small, my husband could not get inside as it was squashed against the wall. The bathroom was very tiny and the room felt overall very damp. Outside was a sewage smell which came inside the room.
