Location and cleanliness of the place surprised me, it was much better than I was expecting

Air conditioning didn’t work and the staff didn’t/couldn’t really do much about it. Only one iron and ironing board in the whole place so was very inconvenient, given we were there for a wedding

We stayed to attend our son's wedding with few other guest and the hotel staff was great and helpful in many ways .

the Check out experience got a bit complicated not sure the reason, but they took 45 minutes to check us out which was very unusual the receptionist was a bit nervous and felt not confidence with what she was doing

Very convenient to the Autostrada as well as the inner city of Mantova. Very nice hotel & staff. Free parking. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed!

It was very hot weather so we appreciated the air conditioning, but the room was actually too cold and we weren’t able to raise the temperature above 20C.

Excellent facilities and stuff.Bonus: You should definitely try the Hotel's restaurant, the food was amazing.

The only small inconcenience is the location - a 40 minutes walk from the city center in an industrial area. You can take a bus, however it is not 24/7 and the waiting time to find an Uber is significant.All in all a very good value for money.

Everything in nice, rooms are comfortable, location is very good, 5 minutes from the old town.

Disappointing

I requested twin bed and they gave us the room but the AC was not working, they gave us another room but not with twin bed. we requested an extra blanket and they refused.

I was invited to a wedding near this hotel, so its location, although a bit peripheral, was perfect for me. A very clean and modern place, most tasteful food in the restaurant, kind and helpful staff at reception. I enjoyed every minute of my three night stay.

Ok hotel very close to the ArenaOk breakfast but not great considering price for room and breakfast.

The shower turned all the time from burning to cold and back.Bar not open on sunday.Rooms was very usedAll in all not worth the money charged.

Cleanliness of bathroom and room floor, no slippers, damaged curtains, cannot control the room temperature, broken doors on the way to garage; strange scrambled eggs, strange salami milano...

Better location

I have booked a room 1 single bedroom for couple with big bathroon as i saw im fotos and when i Gone in room i was completely surprised that i found a bed with two attached little bed it was really uncomfortable for me i will not suggest more even it was my second trip there . i don’t think anyone gonna pay 110 euro for this ??

The reception staff was kind and tried to fix the problem i pointed out and offered another room (i had to decline because i had already made myself comfortable and had no time move).

I found two croakroaches in the bathroom, no soap or shower gel were available in the room (i had to ask), no glasses in the room. Maybe i was unlucky but the preparation of the room was a bit "neglected".

Staffs are very polite and attentive.

I couldn’t have asked for more
