The hotel is simple but clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The location was very good on the main road and easy to get to the city center. The house where the hotel is located is quite nice one from the good old days where you could see how the city was developing.

Bit tricky to find the entrance and get along within the facility

Nice place close to the station and 10.minutes to the historical center. Nice breakfast with wide chodce.

Comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast. Located 1 minute from the station and a 10-15 minute walk into town.

The room was too warm during the night so we had to open the windows.

Close to downtown, exceptionally helpful staff, a large and cheap underground garage nearby when one can leave the car and spent the whole day exploring the beautiful Mantua.

The room was amazing and super clean also easy to find and easy to park which is important when you have had a long day's drive.Thank you

Disappointing

There was a strange and annoying smell in the room, coming from the bathroom. The staff said it was normal and there was nothing they could do.

Close to city center, spacious rooms, kind staff, very good value for money.

Reception was very helpful. Showed me where to park my motorcycle and gave good clear instructions in English as to which doors to use and how to open them at night when reception doors were closed. Very helpful in a practical way

Clean room, not dated, good location.

Breakfast is only from 7 to 9 am. AC was switched off at 7 am. No reception after midnight. Youth hostel rules at hotel prices.

Near the station. Breakfast is good.

Room is a little smaller than l expected.

The appartment is very near the beach. 200 meters.

The apartment looks very old and it has not been preserved to be offered as a rental place for tourists.

The free parking wasnt included the price and parking offered by hotel (20€/day) was quite expensive. The parking we found (5€/day) was about 300m away and underground, very uncomfortable to go there with the luggage. The front door was locked for the night, never seen something like this before. And the side door was quite hard to find, we were lost and quite mad already when we finally found the right door. And then we didnt understand where to go, to get into our room. No signs at all.

It was a very smooth stay. We were on the road with the baby, so I appreciated the option to cancel free of charge anytime. I liked the parking in the courtyard, it was easy to go back and forth to the car (which is also something you appreciate when travelling with the baby). The breakfast exceeded my expectations - I've been to quite a few hotels in Italy, and a free breakfast may mean just a croissant and a coffee but here it was a varied buffet breakfast, adequate to the level of the hotel.The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless.Some areas of the hotel has pieces of frescos that are quite old. All in all, I liked the decor.

All extras, e.g. parking, are quite expensive. Adding a baby cot was 15 euros, so we opted out of it. I really don't understand why it has to be this way. But this information is given beforehand, so one can always decide, of course.

Easy access from the highway. Nice rooms. Good breakfast.

Not properly sound insulated rooms - quite noisy night and therefore not good sleep before our next day long trip.

This was the most welcoming hotel! Really nice stuff and dog friendly. Room was big and clean. And the location is great! I would defenetly come back here and highly recommen this hotel !

Great location, right next to the train station. Twin room is small but not bad if it’s just a night or two, otherwise it can feel cramped with 2 people with the narrow layout

Nothing - it was good for the price

The staff was really good and cooperative. The room was pretty nice and super close to everything. Overall, it was a really good experience there

The room was entirely different than what they showed me on website... It was a very small antique room.. I got my head hurt thrice.
