Villa Franceschi Hotel & Resort

We stayed in the 16th century residence for two nights and the main building 1 night. The staff was awesome and treated us like royalty. The food in their restaurant was great. When going back to Venice, Italy we will certainly stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't love about the Hotel Villa Franceschi. The staff, food, and accommodations were all first class. It is located about 70 euro from the airport and the cruise port. There is also a nice pizza restaurant about 250 yards away.

Room was kinda old. No tech. Couldn't figure out how to use AC. Location kinda distant.

For a five star hotel, one would expect water kettle and coffee machine in the room... Also, jakuzzi bath tub didn't work in the suite..

A beautiful, historic property. The hosts/owners were so gracious and helpful. Loved walking the grounds. Everything from the bed to amenities were top notch!

Dinner menu was very poor and meal was awful. Lamb over. Cooked and fish salad had poor fish

We loved the swimming pool surrounded by beautiful flowering trees. It was an easy drive (20 min) to the airport.

There was a general lack of staff at the property at all times. There was no tea or coffee available in the room and no way to access it early in the morning. Other than the lovely pool there are no amenities.

Very romantic place to celebrate something... Beautiful atmosphere and nice staff.

Breakfast should be a little more fancier, need fish and avocado..greens.. Place is on the way to Venice. ( But not ... instead of standing in Venice!) And.....100%you need a car! Taxi to Venice is 70€. And 70€ to come back. Public transport is available... But..

Excellent and most friendly service at the hotel. Very convenient to have lovely accommodation, restaurant and pool area in the same complex. Perfect spot to relax.Easily reachable from Venice airport.

upgrade to suite. Housekeeper was soo polite and engaging. Problem with tv and immediately swapped out. Top class staff. excellent breakfast.

The gardens and pool were really nice, the room was a good size and the TV had plenty options

The breakfast was terrible for a 5 star hotel and the service was similar i'm afraid. I've stayed in 4 and even 3 star hotels that were of a higher standard in those areas

We stayed there for one night with our dog. We got an upgraded room, which was beautiful. Thank you again for it. In the room there was a small bed for our dog too. The staff was realy kind and helpful. We will definetely go back for a longer stay.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel, room was nice with comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff, food at the restaurant was excellent. Would 100% return.

The location was excellent for us outside venice 15 min. The staff was very kind and helped with everything. Highly recommend

The building, the Parc, the location, the breakfast are all excellent.

We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the restaurant, had expected more, also of the wine list !
