- We only stayed for one night, and everything was as expected. Good breakfast, friendly staff, private parking was big plus for us, also they arranged early check-in. Location is great if you want easy trip to Venice.

The bathroom was so small and awkward barely can fit one, shower door broken water leaks everywhere, very old wall mounted hair dryer that didn’t work properly. No hand soap just two little packs of shampoo. check in time is way too late 17:00 (5 pm)and check out away too early is 10:00 (10am) the pictures in the internet are way nicer then the real thing

The hotel is on a great location, 20 min from Venice parking area, in a small and peaceful settlement. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as shopping places for groceries. The room was super comfy, warm and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was served in a place nearby (2 min walk), in a snack bar and it was fantastic.
The shower cabin was leaking water on the bathroom floor, the cabin doors probably need some fixing.
Rooms are big, clean, bathroom good and large.
The place looks deserted, probably due to covid measures, so nothing is open.
