The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the food was very good.

The location is pretty remote so I wish we had known to get a rental car. It got pretty expensive getting cabs to get everywhere.

The one lane road to get to the property was a bit precarious when two cars needed to pass each other. It wouldn’t have been an issue, but there is a ditch on either side of the road so you can just easily pull to the side. The locals seemed to be disturbed by the tourists. Also the plant based options for vegan for breakfast weren’t the best. Just fruit, white bread, and sugary granola. If they could add heartier, seedier bread, a savory plant based spread, veggies, and muesli, that would be sufficient.

Didn't realize the restaurant was closed on Mondays (I think Sunday too) so we had to drive around looking for a place to eat. Just be sure to check before you go.

The property was out of a magazine. Beautiful and relaxing. The pool area and garden areas were beautiful Clarissa was a gem, so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Loved it!! Peaceful and relaxing!!

The exact location to visit Venezia for one day and to rest in nice and cozy hotel with pool. Gentile staff, very good breakfast, comfortable room. The train station that connects this place to Venezia is close and has big free parking lot.

Maybe it would be appropriate if the rooms have more sources of light. It was noo dark in the room at the evening.

Absolute cleaniness and attitude of one of the receptionists - she told us EVERYTHING we might need to know and helped us in any possible way.

There was another receptionist, brutto, cattivo umore, maybe tired, maybe unhappy with something, but there’s no reason of being rude towards customers.

Great location ten minutes by ca from a train station that takes you to venice in 25 minutes. Very comfortable, spacious amenities and friendly staff in a charming rural setting! Nice restaurant, solid breakfast and swimming pool area as well.

Since it's in a rural area, some you can expect some "rural" charm :) There were some flies and a bit of a fertilizer smell outside, which of course is not at all their fault. Overall very satisfied with our stay and a great option if visiting venice!

Very beautiful inside and out. Room we stayed in was very roomy. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The bed was enormous and super comfy, a great place to stay after full day of a Venice experience. The owners are professional and lovely, the room was a bit under-equipped (would be great to have a kettle and tea cups), but we had an early check-in and I can't complain :)

The property is stunningThe staff and the owner are amazing they couldn’t do enough for us , however if you are looking for a hotel in Venice this is not your hotel . It costs 70 euros in a taxi to Venice or 25 euros to the nearest train station and then a train for 3 euros . The hotel does recommend you have a car and we had booked one however if you are one hour late for pickup they cancel your car as a no show as we arrived late at night after a delay we had no car so had to take a taxi to the hotel . There is nothing around the hotel except beautiful countryside but other than the hotel restaurant that only serves fine dining there’s no where to eat . Please be reminded that if there’s a function you are not allowed to enter the garden area or use the pool . This was a problem for us as the only sunny day we had out of three there was a party and we felt like we were the kids who hadn’t been invited . I don’t think this is fair if you pay for these facilities you should be able to use them however the hotel does stipulate this . As there was nothing else for us to do that day as we had done all of our sightseeing over the previous two days and this was supposed to be our relaxing day we had to venture out again .

The actual property is stunning but as it is part of the restaurant, I feel the restaurant guests take presidence over the hotel guests .

The front desk lady was the best. She told, how is best to go Venice and give me really good tips. She was really nice and friendly. The room was warm and cosy!
