Pros +
- Although the street is quiet, the windows have shutters that seal out all noise and light. Staff is very helpful and accessable, good English. Sbhuttle van works well, and takes under 15 minutes to Airport. Pleasant 5 minute walk from commuter rail.
- they went way out of there way to make our stay with them totally enjoyable. great room, easy accessiblity to venice, affordiblity, overall a great start to a great vacation. i would highly recomend this hotel.
- A quiet position close to lovely Dolo centre. After parking in the forecourt, we were welcomed at this family run hotel and were made comfortable in our room. As suggested, we drove 3 minutes to Dolo for dinner. There was a coffee machine to make coffee in the foyer.
Cons -
- I tested the A/C and a strong odor of stale cigarette residue came out. Hopefully this will be corrected after I pointed it out.
- No breakfast but were directed to a very local cafe
- I liked absolutely everything about the hotel. The only ever-so-slight drawback might be the distance to Venice but the accommodations made up for the distance. We loved it!

The hotel is well located close to Dolo (10mins walk but do take care as busy road). Bus stop outside hotel to either Venice or Padova. Great restaurants in area. I rented a bicycle in Oriargo which was great to get around. Aurora (manageress) at hotel was very friendly and helpful.
the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.
The staff was extremely friends, efficient and offered to let us use their bikes (with locks) to ride through town. I loved my stay. It was the best hostel we stayed in throughout our 40-day holiday. The rooms were modern and extremely clean.

The staff was truly amazing! They spoke very clear English and they even let us ride their bikes into the beautiful city of Dolo! Simply put, the hotel quality far surpasses the price, especially being so close to Venice!
Extremely clean. Exactly what we needed for 1 night
Extremely friendly staff, a pleasure to stay there.
