Friendly people, clean rooms, great breakfast!

Excellent breakfast with variety of fruits and pancakes. Very friendly personal. Fabulous location with beautiful historical water mill ("molino"), safe area for kids to run around without cars, art pieces and bars and restaurants to sit outside. Center of Dolo offers relaxing summer evenings for families and couples.

Some rooms may benefit from reparation. However, unique old classy spirit is appreciated and maintained.

The location of the hotel is very nice. There is everything you may need around. The room was clean. It was cleaned on the second day. There is no elevator but the stairs are comfortable. It was not a problem for us. The staff is very attentive and polite. Especially the lady gave good advice.

The reception and employees were very helpful, and although the hotel and rooms were old, the location was good.

The furniture and room furnishings were quite old. I had difficulty sleeping because the ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy and I had to sleep with noise-cancelling headphones.

The area had amazing bus links to venice and to padua.The staff we really accomadating and pleasent through the whole stay. Location has a lovely river across the road with various trendy and family friendly places to eat.Room was better than we expected. Large and comfortable. Alarm went of 4 times in 3 days. Once from a smoker in a room. But then 3 times in 1 night due to an error. This was annoying but cant be helped sometimes. Staff were present to reassure us the building was safe even though it was earlyhours of the morning.Safe place for families, with good facilites and wonderful staff. A lovely and valuable stay

The place was exceptional! The staff were very kind and caring and the breakfast was top notch. The room had a working AC, free towels, clean beds and a clean toilet. 10's across the board!

Loved this hotel. Traditional feel, simple, classic, very well run. Fantastic location with parking. Great breakfast and nice little bar. Cool spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Good bathrooms. Crisp white sheets and soft white towels. And the prosecco was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

There was nothing to dislike!The only slight drawback was there being no elevator.

We chose the hotel to visit Venice (30 minutes by car). It is located in Dolo, on the bank of a canal, very nice place. We booked two rooms, as we were two adults and 3 children. Interesting key with an old heavy key fob. So you won't lose it. The room and bath are very clean, the price includes breakfast (quite good, and very tasty coffee), there is free parking. The hosts are hospitable, attentive. For a one-night stay, it's a great option.

the room is a bit dark, even with the lights on. Small windows, in the heat of the draught is not even. Entrance to the garage without the help of the owners can not find, we parked twice. First, a couple of meters in front of the entrance. We paid 50 cents to go check in. (it's not a problem, just a point of clarification.) Then we parked in a quiet courtyard for the night. the internet was a little slow.

It was clean, convenient location between Pandova and Venice. The area is very old and charmy with many cafés & restaurants. Great value for money

Little noisy due to road proximity

It was our second time there and we’ll keep going. It is a bit old fashioned but the location is spectacular and the staff are very professional and attentive.

Nothing, everything was great

Great albergo in the center of a small village. Amazing view from the window to the river, bridge and the central square, lots of restaurants and bars in two steps, but it was not noisy even on Saturday evening. Gracious owner who wait for our late arrival and provided everything we needed. The hotel provides generous breakfast buffet, fruits are great (never expected strawberry, melon and lots of other fruits in February!) Parking is free in the backyard of the hotel.

Everything was just great: the location at the city centre with nice restaurants around, beautiful and very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The check-in was quick, with very pleasant communication, we were offered a free parking at the garage of the hotel. Great value for money! The town of Dolo was a very nice surprise, we have planned just a stop-over on the way home, but discovered a great atmosphere and beautiful view of the city centre and couldn't help but join the evening crowd. Do recommend for staying when visiting nearby Venice, Padova and surraundings!
