Overall atmosphere

Convenient hotel close to the freeway. Friendly. Good parking. Comfortable room.

Both coffee machines didn't work properly in the morning.

Restaurant late open.

There was no air condition. Hot .

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wonderful variety of food to choose from. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and always available. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is nice, plenty to eat. Convenient location with easy walk to the City Center, convenient parking, nobody frowns about the dogs. It's nice that they keep family traditions and there are family photos in the hotel, that makes it charming.

Rooms are bit outdated, especially bathroom, with rusty parts and shower heads full of calc. Second time we stayed our bathroom smelled like a sewer. First time it was fine though. Beds are uncomfortable, especially the "third" bed in a triple room. Bedsheets had a hole. So yeah, the rooms needs some loving from the owners :)

The employees are very kind. The ladies from the kitchen warned us about pork (because we are Muslims). I will always come to this Hotel whenever I come to Ingolstadt

We got baby cot and no mattress for it! Instead of a mattress they used duvet and wrapped that into sheets. And then we realised that the bottom of the cot was broken, so we couldn't use it anyway. The fridge was not working also. In the bathroom there is no place to hang the towel or anything.

Easy, clean, good breakfast

People don't speak english well so difficult to ask a question ! We had 2 single bed instead of a double bed.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the reception were very uninterested. The first one, the lady who spoke to us in the beginning, even gave us the wrong room.

To varm in the rooms..no ac.

4 bedroom was tiny, no king-size bed as advertised, but two single beds, one small couch bed and a tiny folding bed. All four beds barely fitted into the one small room. Looked rather like a 2 bedroom with two extra beds barely fitting.

The entrance was good. Stylish for a small hotel. That's it. And the crew for breakfast was helpful.

The beds are joke. The second bed was so bad, so old and so uncomfortable, we needed an extra matresse. And 2 extra blankets to smoothen it, however it was so bad. When you look at the window, there are 2 cars parked inside the garden and there is nothing between the room and outside. It is so old, the furniture, the rug and everything. Although the owner old lady rejected our every request, his neece (I guess) tried to help us. If you have another option, just go with it.

We were flying out of MUN the next day and wanted to hit the outlet mall prior to our flight. The location was great and parking was also great. Family run business and the family were incredibly nice and friendly.

The lady that checked us in was not very friendly. She informed me there was no lift and then directed me to my room. Granted I should have listened more carefully however when she saw me dragging my luggage in the wrong direction she did not correct me. It was sort of disconcerting. We had two rooms and one smelled strongly of smoke. The lady that checked us in was so intimidating that I didn't bother to ask if we could be moved.

I came so late at night. The owner received me from the door and was very nice, immediately gave me the keys. There was a friend who brought me to the hotel and the owner also invited him for Breakfast. It was overall nice

The breakfast was closed by 9:30 or 10 am I guess. I got to eat little bit something but I wish the breakfast time was longer.
