The staff were exceptionally polite, patient, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was okay, nothing more than I expected. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.Last but not least, the location was excellent. If you’re arriving from Munich Airport, the bus drops you right in front of the hotel, which is a big plus.Overall, I had a great stay at NH Hotels and I highly recommend it!

The room was a cold, but that was mostly my fault, I couldn’t find the heating switch, as it was somewhat hidden ?. Still, I wish there had been a clearer or more intuitive way to guide guests to it.

The room was clean and spacious.

When we booked, we specifically looked for a hotel room with a bathtub. Even when we did the "online check in", the room supposedly had a combined shower and bathtub. But when we arrived there was a shower only. There was some annoying noise for the whole night and the bed was not so comfortable.

I recently stayed at your hotel on 17–18 August 2025 in room 215. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my stay that I would like to bring to your attention:•The room was provided with only one bathrobe, and it was damaged/torn.•There were no facial tissues available in the room.•The desk lamp had cobwebs, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your standard.These issues do not reflect the quality and cleanliness I expect from a 4-star hotel under the NH brand. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service and room preparation for future guests.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Good location along the highway no. 9, just 1h drive to Munich.

The staff is very nice and helpful all the time. The rooms are nice.

The duvets are smaller than the beds.

The day upon arrival I got a phone call with info there is no room left due to system error! Hotel staff told me there is no free room and they offer me other hotel, not the same standard, not the same conditions. Finally I Got the room but what I experienced! No help,nothing. No sorry, no complimentary drink,breakfast this is the customer service?? I don't recommend this place.

Spacious room, bathroom ok ( NH standard), breakfast room nice, breakfast very good. The hotel is great for an overnight stay to travel onwards on the A9, 3 minutes to return to the motorway and a fuel station just next to the hotel.

Extra charge for parking, offer for breakfast astonishingly on a 50% discount "just today"... one shouldn't book breakfast in advance, as is costs twice the price.

Small, cute and nice place. It is clean and comfortable, very calm and nice for sleeping. Do not expect to much, but it is good enough for a short stay.

Everything was ok. Maybe location is a bit far from the centre, but it is not a big problem. The rest is completely fine

Staff were very helpful and the room was very reasonably priced. Parking was very good and generally a comfortable stopping point. Excellent value for money.

Parking costs 14 EUR, breakfast also costs extra. Add these on to the well priced room abd you are over 100 EUR a night

It was ok, the hotel did the job for what i paid for. Not happy that the parking is extra.

Lighting was dim, shower pressure was not strong, room too warm and no aircon

We booked two identical rooms late in the evening online and arrived only 2 hours later. The reception was very sorry about a system mistake since they only had one room available and hotels was fully booked. Without hesitation they quickly made one room ready for 4 people. It was a tight fit but it worked.

After an initial problem with the reservation, the staff handled it very well!Very spacious rooms. Good value for money.

We arrived at the specified time. The booked and confirmed accommodation was refused by the hotel. Despite the reservation and confirmation, there was no room available, no notification was sent. We had to find another hotel.
