Nice modern hotel

Convenient to the train station. The staff was welcoming and had a list of restaurant recommendations within walking distance. The bus stop was across the street. Standard hotel breakfast with a variety of choices.

No complaints about this hotel. It was the right hotel for an overnight trip.

We stay there for five days, and find the hotel location is excellent, less than 1 minute walk to train station and no noise from train line. Breakfast is greet, staffs are friendly.

I arrived late in the evening and the staff made an excellent dinner recommendation. The breakfast was good. I was very pleased overall with my stay. The hotel is close to the Train Station.

I stayed for 4 nights, then another 5 nights after returning from my trip to London. So 9 nights in total. The hotel location was very good, right next to the station and there's a small mart/bakery inside the station to get drinking water and snacks. There's another bakery too but that one closes early. The buses in front of the hotel take you anywhere in Ingolstadt. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance. For those who want gifts for their pet/s, there's a very nice pet shop called Kalischko about 4 minutes away by walking. I loved it. So location-wise, very good indeed. And I must add that the hotel rooms were clean on both stays.

I know hotels in Germany are basic and I have stayed at quite a few to be able to compare and so I don't think I'm unreasonable in hoping that for longer stays (4-5 nights each time), room service should at least refill my drinking water, soap, shampoo or at least leave a rubbish bag for me to dispose my rubbish. The soap and shampoo wasn't even full to begin with! (on both stays!) For my second stay, I was offered an upgrade to a 'better room with coffee making facilities'. I was really looking forward to it but ended up disappointed. The upgraded room was exactly like my standard room except for a larger window/balcony door and a kettle plus one beverage set (which was not refilled) to last me 4-5 nights. I really was expecting more.

The hotel was very clean and tidy . The staff were friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for trains and buses.

Breakfast was nice, personnel was very friendly indeed, just the Gents at reception were a bit less welcoming than expected.Overall a good overnight stay at a very convenient location at the train station.

Super Location

Staff a little bored didn’t really want to offer anything while sitting in the Bar area.

Amazingly quiet being situated at the train station. It was easy to purchase food and drinks at the train station or to eat breakfast at the hotel. Also the taxi or the bus stop is immediately outside the front door! We were able to go anywhere without waiting. The view outside our window was incredible. We saw the sunrise and could see the trains come and go without hearing them. The staff person we dealt with was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Out room was comfortable. Being at the train station.

The cost of the breakfast was expensive although a nice selection. The outside of the building was a bit unkept.

Location next to central train station with buses to city centre close by allowed ready access to travel to Munich for a day trip and walk into Ingolstadt through the very scenic parks in just 30 mins.2. The bed was super comfortable. 3. I requested a quiet room and was advised best quiet room was facing street business class. I booked this and the room was really quiet. Even with the windows open it was comfortable. There was a tree outside my window giving a lovely leafy view. 4. The room was spacious and very clean.5. The shower was perfect.6 Despite the hotel being full I heard no noise from adjoining rooms.7. Professional staff that accommodated my every need.

The only requirement that would allow me 100% enjoyment is if there was a kettle in the room to allow me have warm water to drink when I awoke. The room is big enough to have such facility so I see no reason not to provide. I would score 10 rating for this hotel if provided.

The location is very convenient to reach car rentals, train and other public transportation. Also, it is within walking distance to the town centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No deficiencies to report.

The room allocated the aircon did not work so had to change rooms. The pillow was flat so had to request another pillow

We came to Ingolstadt to visit the Audi Forum. The hotel is next to the station and bus terminal so transport was easy. The hotel provided us with a free travel card on the metro which was fantastic as it allowed us to travel to the “Old town” which was great for sightseeing and dining. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff and they assisted us as required.

Apart from no fridge in our room it was perfect for our needs.

Superb location. Easy & nearest walk to Ingolstadt Hauptbahnhof so far!!Great & helpful staff. Especially Ingrid Klinger. I would like to say big THANK for being so patient. You made my morning breakfast on 3rd August extra nice

The staff was super friendly, the Hotel was clean and the bed very comfortable. It’s really just 1-2 minutes to the train station which was perfect for us since we went to Munich for a concert.
