Mercure Hotel Ingolstadt

The room that we booked was quite spacious and got the room at the bottom floor. It's a good thing as they have a side entrance so it's easy to transfer the luggage to the room. As we stayed during winter and snowing, the field behind the hotel was a nice place to play snow with the kids. It's in a middle of housing area but just 2 minutes drive away from the nearest grocery store, a 10 minutes drive to the city. They have adequate space for parking.

Should make the side entrance can be accessed from outside (of course with security measure) as our room is quite far to reach using the main entrance.

The hotel was very suitable as a stopover for one night. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The staff were polite and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the service — it was better than in some five-star hotels. The lady in the restaurant was extremely kind and welcoming.

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations for a one-night stay.

The facility is very nice and clean, staffs are friendly, breakfast is super, yummy?, every thing is there, location is very good, just 2minute walk to the bus stop. 2 stops to Aldi supermarket. I will definitely stay in the facility again. I highly recommend it.

The TV, a smart TV will be better, so that children can watch their cartoon, and childrens programs. There should also be spoon? and milk for the coffee.

We arrived later than planned, but the woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Because of the size of my family, we booked two rooms. The rooms were located next to each other and were just what we needed for our one-night stay. While I'm sure that other people were at the hotel, we never heard noise from others. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options. All three kids were extremely happy with their breakfast!This was a stop on our way from Slovenia to Berlin, so I chose it for the convenience in getting to it from the Autobahn. I can't speak to its convenience for someone who is visiting Ingolstadt.

The room was clean and comfortable. People were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Approximately 10 minutes by taxi to Altstadt or Hauptbahnhof.

The place is really clean and tidy. Near to bus stop where you can easily go to city center. Highly recommend.

Location. Probably cheaper as it’s in a bit of a residential area with not a lot around but that was ok for me

Perfect for business trip in Ingolstadt. Great breakfast. Accommodating receptionist.

Quiet place, good value for money, easy parking, nice staff and good to have tea & coffee facilities.

All lights and some power sockets did not work, place needs repairs.

Staff was exceptional and comfort was of a high standard.

Sadly the restaurant was closed and using google maps because of the construction around the hotel, as was suggested, to get to the property, was not helpful. But that was no big deal. We got there eventually.

Friendly staff, big rooms.

No air condition, hence rather stuffy. Very loud as guests arrived throughout night (which is fine but the doors were loud).

Large room and kingsize beds. Private parking. excellent breakfast.

The staff were amazing. Could not do enough to help us when we had had a problem with our car. The reception staff were lovely and the restaurant personnel were kind and accommodating
