Breakfast selection was good.

Room layout and bathroom facilities were below standard; towels were old and thin; carpet design was sore to the eyes. Drinking water price was ridiculous, as well as the wifi.

Good food (meals).The meeting catering was excellent!

The carpet in our meeting room was damaged, as the part at the base of the wall had detached.Also, the staff were very helpful. But there were too few of them on the ground floor. so it would be good if there were an additional person either on the reception, or in the restaurant.Otherwise it was a good hotel, and a good stay.

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and pleasant. The shower was sensational. Breakfast was good.

No welcome drink or free water, no minifridge in the room.

Location & availability

The room wasn’t tidy. Smelly like a smoker was in there before with the smoke detector missing. The bathtub was missing a piece (don’t know how it’s called). And if you have a glassdoor to the bathroom, you should at least clean it… Not much of any extras. Breakfast was OK but nothing worth mentioning. Other hotels in Ingolstadt do better.

Good facilitie in the hotel. The staff very friendly and supportive expecially in the Hotel bar.

The offered room was generally fine, sufficient for one person, however the first impression with a broken contact door locker surprised. The issued manual key was acceptable. In the bath room the washing-stand was moving as I touched it. The same situation was with the basin mixer. With some small effort it could be fixed easily :( and avoid the guess dissatisfaction. The glass door to the shower was a bit sunken, required to lift it to open or close it. During the 4 night stay only one day room cleaning provided :( . The Hotel could invest to a softer toilet paper.

Very nice hotel.I booked it since it was near the Saturn Arena where I came for a concert. Very convenient.Large room, will all necessary.Breakfast is great, with different tasty choices.

The towels were not present in the room, so I have to pick them up from the reception).You have to pay for everything you use in the hotel, but this did not bother me. For example: pay for WiFi (5 eur), for breakfast (8.5 eur), for parking (12 eur in the garage).

Main advantages of this hotel is it’s location and breakfast was alright.

I was met by tired and unwelcoming hosts with fake smiles (better don’t smile at all then). My reservation was not on the list. Water (!), parking and high speed Wi-Fi is extra charged, when the night itself costs at least third higher than city average. I had only one night (quality of sleep is on top), but I had to listen to some technical sounds way long and didn’t feel fresh in the morning.

Extra charge for parking, for bottled water in the room, for the internet...No minibar.

The room was clean and organised in a good way. A separate table and chair was provided for working, I also got a single sofa to rest near the window. staffs were friendly . Break fast was for 8.50 euro and worth the money. They speak multiple language.

Good option for a business trip, helpful staff.

Breakfast restaurant requires renovation. Internet connection forces you to re-login few times per day and you can be extra charged if presses wrong option by mistake. Water is also extra charged. The price per night is quite high for this kind of service.

The location of this hotel is good.

The reception staff who was working on 18th and 19th of March this year is so bad. Poor service, rude words, discriminatory stares.....

Location next to arena

Arrived with 4 people and booked twin rooms. Got to rooms and found just 1 bed in them. Asked for explanation and they upgraded us to business room as they had no rooms like we booked. We ended up agreeing to get downgraded to basic twin rooms and received compensation with free breakfast. At checkout the staff member made an error and should have not given us the breakfast as compensation. Very incorrect treatment and reception staff was rude.

The Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices for a good price. The Bread rolls tasted great. The Coffeemachine was also good, however the cups did not fit the drink size.I did also enjoy the lights in the room, there were plenty of options from bright to dark. The air conditioning was good, too.Although being right opposite from the ice hockey stadium in a more industrial are, the walk into the city center is not far.

The room was ok, I would have expected more. The cleanness was ok, however far from perfect. The sheets were a weird material, almost felt like paper or the lining of a cheap pillow, very strange.Right across from my room window was a construction site, so sleeping in was not really possible as it was sort of lound in the morning.The normal wifi was so very slow that I could not open my E-Mails. There was the option to pay for better wifi, I don't know how that is.

Everything was perfect. Location, staff and the room. The breakfast was great.
