The hotel is outstanding. Extremely well managed. The staff is wonderful and well trained. Also the restaurant and breakfast are outstanding.The hotel has very interesting decor. The pool is delicious. All and all our time at the hotel was delightful.

Staff were very kind and attentive. Made us feel like we were really important. On arrival they brought us a tray of light snacks and two glasses of wine. Everyone was alert, well dressed and helpful. Hotel is very well appointed and located.

Loved all aspects. Food was excellent too.

The hotel's location in Salò is absolutely perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything.

The disappointment began with our room, which was surprisingly tiny and cramped for a hotel in this category. The amenities were severely lacking for a luxury property; the outdoor pool was unheated, making it completely unusable during our early October stay. A basic standard like a nightly turndown service was also non-existent.The breakfast was another major letdown. The buffet selection was incredibly limited, more akin to what you'd find at a 3-star hotel. They also charge extra for anything from the kitchen . We have never seen this at a 5-star establishment.

I chose this hotel for a two-night stay at Lake Garda. While the hotel is in a good location and generally pleasant, it does not reflect the experience and vibes one would expect from a five-star property, especially if you’re seeking a luxury getaway.

Unfortunately, the service we received did not match the price we paid. I also would stress that one of the receptionists, in particular, was noticeably unwelcoming—so much so that it felt almost personal against our race, which significantly impacted my overall experience of the hotel and left me feeling disappointed. In two different situations she make a big fuss and let me feel embarrassed ( i ask for extra water to the room in a five star hotel !!) That said, I did encounter some kind and professional staff members who helped balance the experience.

Location perfect and loved the breakfast.

I did not like the platform that the bed is on in the Pearl room. I had to keep reminding myself it was there so as not to trip. My knees are not the greatest, and I’m 82.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room, good quality toiletries, good breakfast,we ate our dinner at the hotel restaurant , was very good.

Only we can say negative about our stay about pillows ,which were not comfortable

Modern high quality ,v friendly staff in every department we met (reception ,bellboy ,waiters in restaurant )

Bar has no atmosphere and is filled with dining tables not lounge chairs . Needs better design .

The First room smelled terrible of carpet cleaner, there were no other rooms available so we had to take the junior suite and were charged more.

It was amazing everything was perfect the location and view room

a very beautiful room with amazing toiletries, in a superb location. A very wide breakfast selection. Good size pool in the courtyard. Great feature to have breakfast delivered to your room.

The minibar in the room featured nice champagne and prosecco selection, but no glasses. Every morning me alongside with other guests were standing in lline for the next small batch of scrambled eggs, that tasted amazing though.

Overall..everything...Front desk Mgr..Francesca..over and above in helping locate and have our luggage delivered from Milan...

Hands down the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast choice was extensive, pastries, fruits, breads, cereal, scrambled egg etc. The pool however, was our favourite. It's very private, quiet & incredibly relaxing. The staff were always very helpful and attentive.

Very friendly staff. Delicious and wide array of choice for breakfast. Spacious and quiet room. Location was nice and quiet away from the busy centers but so close to everything we needed. Perfecto!

The room was excellent...and the staff helped me figure out our plans for me & my 2 kids. We loved staying & will be back!

The only part I did not like is the sound ot bathroom from the room above us. I could hear every detail.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, our room was stunning, breakfast is 1st class. Pool was lovely and staff were very helpful.

The location was perfect, in the centre of Salo, where you can find a lot of restaurants within a 3 minutes walk. We had breakfast every day on the terrace and enjoyed some incredible croissants made by their pastry chef .Our room was very spacious, the entire range of Amouage cosmetics smelled very good, and the cleaning was exemplary done every day. The staff, especially Dorina, is very nice and helps you with anything you need. Also, I had a nice surprise on my birthday, Dorina appeared with a big and delicious cake while we were having breakfast. I celebrated my birthday with a dinner at the hotel's restaurant, where we ate some incredibly good and special dishes (Fiorentine steak, fresh seafood), so if you want to eat something delicious you should try their restaurant !
