The location is really unbeatable - right smack in the middle of the centro storico. Could not be better.

It was quite chilly in our room, but then again, perhaps we just didn't know how to work the heating/cooling system.

The location was great. Very central to everything. The staff were very helpful.

Poor lighting. We were in the attic suite and it was very dimly lit, especially at night. There was a small patio that could have been great but there was no furniture and it needed a good clean up. There needs to be a buzzer at the front door for reception to let you into the building when you first arrive rather than making you make an international phone call to let them know you were there. In the mornings the small elevator and narrow hallways were crammed with the cleaning equipment and supplies. Things are a little run down with broken tiles and a few things needing attention. Perhaps some of the other rooms in the building are nicer.

Only that there was no option for breakfast. However this fact is advertised up front and there are many cafes in the immediate vicinity.

TV is old and no English channels Refrigerator did not work. Mattress is awful. No reason not to invest in modernizing the space and making it more comfortable It is a shame that the price has doubled however the comfort has clearly diminished

The hotel was extremely difficult to find since there is only a tiny sign on the street. We spent over an hour outside the hotel looking for it. There is no lobby or common area in the hotel. Our room had only 1 desk chair to sit on, so it was very unpleasant for us as a couple to spend time in the room or the hotel. Unlike what is posted on booking.com, our room had no safe. The mattress was longer than the bed frame, making lying or sitting on the bed uncomfortable. After 4 nights at the hotel, we were moved to a much more pleasant room for the last night. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel staff were very courteous.

- Sounds from the street, some of which added to the experience, but some did not- Limited kitchen facilities

You really have everything you need, from to kettle to minibar to shower gel and house shoes. Really nice, spacious room, light and clean.

The matress was way too soft for me personally, but this is a questions of taste.

Perfect location, city center. Excellent amenities and ambience. Warm, clean and easy to find.

The cleaning (vacuuming) of other rooms took place at about 10pm and the soundproofing is not the best.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the main square. It was decent value, warm and nicely decorated.

It was difficult to locate and the receipt ion was only open at certain times, so think about that if you want to arrive early and leave your luggage. There are no facilities and it was advertised as a hotel, but it an apartment suite, not a hotel. Staff/girl on duty was very helpful, ringing a taxi to the airport.

Our holiday was for our 35th Anniversary in reception Linda welcomed us with a big smile, she even did all the train planning for us the other staff was as excellent as Linda. As for the Hotel, the position could not be better exactly in the square with restaurants everywhere, train and bus station are only minutes away. we are more than satisfied and hope to return, THANK YOU ALL AT Palazzina300.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location is ideal—centrally located with easy access to everything. It's one of those rare moments when reality exceeds expectations. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!

The location is excellent, though it can be a bit noisy at times, which may not be ideal for those who are sensitive to sound.

I was there a very short stay, but check in was so easy, room looked exactly like the photos, location was amazing. Room was quiet, large, and comfy! Thank you!
