Too expensive for nothing.

The pool was open for only 2 hours, and we were not informed about this when we arrived. In addition, we paid €20 for an extra ticket that we could not use. We also did not want the breakfast, as we had to leave before it was served, but we still had to pay for it.so we pay 200+ euro for staying in the room, no poop, no breakfast

Reception staff was pleasant

The rooms are tired, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, hairdryer holder and top of the shower glass were disgusting, bottom of the shower glass also with some mold. Toilet splash was leaking. Behind the window, there was a moderately noisy construction. Coffee at the breakfast undrinkable, luckily there is a nice cafeteria 500m away.

The staff are very helpful.

We said they would heat our food but they didn't heat it because they said we bought it outside.

Fitness

We could not go to the swimming pool on Saturday morning because its not open for the clients of the hotel or I booked this hotel Because of the swimming pool . There aren’t many time slots available for hotel guests.Moreover, the hotel is far from the city center.

Great for a one night stay. Not too far of a walk from the city or a short bus ride. Close to a supermarket. Restaurant downstairs was good

Beds uncomfortable, hot rooms, tv did not work, looked outdated.

Location was perfect for the tournament we were attending, the restaurant was lovely and quick although busy, staff was kind and attentive

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable, the tub was very dangerous to get into and out of (would not recommend for an elderly person at all), the room was smaller than I would have expected for a "superior" category.

Big and clean rooms, very good breakfast, gym and pool services included in price.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and a reasonably priced bar, maybe even cheaper than local bars and cafes.Not centrally located but a 5 minute bus ride from Treviso Station and town centre.

The shower was in the bath and was a bit slippy and difficult to get out of, maybe not so if you are young. Bath mat needs to be provided.

Close to the airport, big bath and confortable bed.

There was some hairs in the corner

I liked the room which we got after complaints for the first appointed room which was too small. Possible misunderstanding for that mistake but anyway, shouldn't have happened.

Spa and gym area are not under the same management and they don't have any good communication. One information is given on the reception, another at the spa/gym counter. No bathrobes, no towels, swimming caps are mandatory for the pool. A lot of walking up and down because each side has different rules...

Only the gym is something to mention.

Very nice hotel, cosy rooms, free acces to the pool, very good breakfast, free parking. Good value for the money.

Relaxing place with great food, comfortable rooms and excellent staff

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with a good TV and a good mini bar with lots of soft drinks & a complimentary water bottle. Bus stop outside into town, really simple and if you like a 15-20 minute walk, that would also take you straight to the train station leading easy access to the town. A great shower.

Sometimes the bar staff in the evening were a little stressed. They were still helpful, though. Bar shut in the evening at different times, but it could have been communicated to the residents that this was happening or had a fixed closing time. Could have used a kettle in the room.

Excellent all round. Location ideal for travelling to nearby Italian cities. Parking is convenient and safe. A stone throw from a great supermarket too.

Beds were very comfortable, room nicely decorated, clean, warm radiator in the shower.

Brekfast could really be improved with some bigger variety of fresh vegetables, fruit and gluten free products.
