Best Western Titian Inn Hotel Treviso

The location and parking space

For a 4 star hotel, the services did not match the standards. Our sheets were never changed. We had to request towels which they took a while to bring. They did not provide lotion or resupply soap. Old/dirty carpet

The staff is outstanding. We had to leave early in the a.m. and they made sure there was breakfast available The bed was very comfortable - the best one we slept in during the 14 day trip. Just a few blocks walk to a quaint town with gracious resid

The description said there was a 'spa' which I interpreted to be a pool. There was gym equipment but no pool.

Hotel employee she was outstanding with everything we asked her.

nice and clean

it was perfect

Location

Better gym

Wow Comfy Very professional

Distance from the airport? But not big deal at all since they got great shuttle service

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The only issue we had was with the AC/electricity. But that was quickly rectified. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great value huge room space we boon the family of 4 quadruple room was very spacious

Overall, our stay was good. Everything was mostly okay. A special thanks to Mrs. Gina, who was always helpful and kind. She even opened the breakfast area early so we could prepare our coffee. Much appreciated!

The staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. There were both hot and cold dishes available, and everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly. The lady in charge of breakfast was so lovely and cheerful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during the breakfast. She offered warm dishes and even came around to ask if we would like more, which was a really nice personal touch. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. It was quiet and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, like plenty of storage and high-quality toiletries.Parking was free and convenient, with the option to park in an underground garage, which felt very secure and protected our car from the weather.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail really made the experience special.

No complaints.

As we arrived late from Manchester, we wanted an hotel close to Venice Airport. This was close, but not too close, so it was quiet.

Hotel staff is great, very friendly and polite, they were superb 10/10. Our room was big and spacious, very comfortable, we had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved everything about it. Bathroom was big, with big bath tub and shower, very clean.

A bit dated furniture, but quite OK. Our minifrdige wasn't working, but we stayed for 1 night only, so didn't raise any concerns.

Nice, easy to find, comfortable, good breakfast

Large rooms and beds. Very comfortable place. Electric charger at the parking lot.

The breakfast has few options

Nice room

Location is a bit far, breakfast choices and quality can be better

The superior room was totally lovely!! Breakfast was also great and staff are very attentive!!

It was all great

It's a perfect hotel for visiting Venice. Very kind staff, super breakfast. Free parking lot.You can stay till noon on the day of departure.Highly recommended.

The drain system was quite slow in the shower. Room 101.The noise of the road can disturb your rest.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean and bathroom olso.

I do not recomend the breakfast. The omlet was green / grey.. something horror.

The hotel was not too far from Venice airport, easy to get to, with lots of parking places, opened 24/7 if you fly in late. Lovely breakfast and nice staff.

We used this as a stop off hotel on our way from Venice to Cortina after a late flight. Staff were helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent

We were only there for 7 hours and found nothing not to like
