The small family-run Hotel Elch is located in the beautiful castle district in Nuremberg, between Weinmarkt and Neutor, next to St. Sebald church. Free WiFi is available throughout. The hotel is set in a 14th century timber-framed building dating back to 1342. The rooms have been furnished in a mixture of a modern and historic style and each room features a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. A buffet breakfast is available every morning. The A3, A6 and A9 motorways are all reachable within 9.3 mi. Free parking can be found around the hotel.

Pros +
- The location can't be beat. Just around the corner from picturesque Weissgerbergasse and 2 min. from St.Sebald. I was able to get a tower tour on July 13 followed by hearing the organist practice.
- Worked overly hard to get a room with stable video WiFi.
Cons -
- Although we were able to get a parking space, I wonder what would have happened if we arrived 4 cars later.
- I think they actually do too much for me, so it's great!
