Close enough to Bassano del Grappa downtown. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Check out time is at 10.30. I think this is very early comparing other hotels which is generally at 12 or earliest 11..

Bike Box for Road Bikes. Hotel is next to the road cycling autostrada next to the brenta. Breakfast was okay with good cappuccino but „normal“ bread with a selection of ham/cheese (1 simple ham, 1 simple cheese) also fresh fruits (only apples) were missing. Cant understand booking.com calling this a great breakfast.

Didnt feel like our problem with the broken room heating was understood. Had to ask 3 times for the reception to address the problem. After 2 days we got thankfully moved to a smaller and older room.. as a reward for sleeping two nights in 25 degrees. :)The „new“ room had mold in the shower. The „old“ room had a shower that took up to 5 minutes to warm up..Air pods got stolen (?) or went missing in this hotel. But that might as well be my fault for not placing them in the safe.

Beautiful location at the foot of the mountains and away from the centre of town. Comfortable bed and very good food

The gym was not fantastic. There is only a multi-gym machine and a treadmill. I managed to cobble together a workout but it would be better if there were more equipment availabe

Breakfast was OK but not great. Only egg option was to boil your own. Young lady when we booked in was lovely and friendly and gave lots of info about locality. Parking on site was great.

Room.No sound proofing of any form. Could hear everything in the rooms around us and every toilet flush as it moved down the pipes. Somehow we ended up with single beds. Beds were rock hard. We prefer a hard bed but these were extremely hard.Room was stuffy with no ac that we could ascertain although i worked out that it had a vaccuum symbol which seemed to let in cool air. Which was just as well as when we tried to leave the window open we had mosquitoes.

A very good location, close to the city center, a safe bike room

As a guests we planned to have a dinner in the hotel restaurant but it was busy and we were told that the prior reservation is required. This was a bit surprise considering that we we were hotel guests. So we had to go outside to find other restaurant.

The location was perfect for our situation. It was only 3kms from our business location and about 1.5kms from the center of Bassano Del Grappa. The walk into town was great. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Use of electric door keys/cards rather than a traditional key, only because I forget to leave the key with them and had to return it from Australia :(

It promotes itself as a SPA hotel but when we were there on Sunday they told us all the facilities were closed on Sundays. Room rate is the same though, so that seems unfair.

Terrible, never again.

Spa was unable to access - the only reason I booked it. Restaurant closed early. Staff unhelpful. Room was boiling hot and air conditioning not functioning - total opposite of what I was expecting. Was an absolute scam!

Staff very kind and ready to help; breakfast good and various; Even of it‘s not central, you can easily reach uptown on foot

The quality of the bed and cushions

Breakfast und Dinner were excellent. Service of the Restaurant Staff was outstanding and very obliging. The bedroom was normal spacious despite the beds were to small and very soft if you like stiff bedding (mattress).

The beeds to small with very soft bedding (mattress). Usually we like stiff bedding. The Check-out was miserable. I booked three bedrooms with three different names for each bedroom. Despite I granted the rooms with my credit card for all three rooms and different names the cashier was unable to issue and collect the money cash for three rooms and credit the granted amount back to my cedit card. The taxes however she collected cash. Booking.com should give more attention this practice!.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff and good restaurant

Private Spa, this makes no sense. When I want to goto the spa, I want to be there for at least 2-3 hours. Why make it private, it is big enough !

Didn’t use restaurant. Wanted to experience other local cuisine.

Warm welcome and nice location

No hot water in the morning and we had two cold showers. Left before breakfast started at 7am but could not even get a cup of coffee in the room or in the hotel.
