    Pros +

    • Really great staff that was super helpful. Our rooms didn't have views of the lake, but the restaurant had great views. Huge breakfast buffet. The spa is small, but it has an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and some cold features. It was a really nice and unusual experience.
    • We were thrilled to make last minute reservations (we literally arrived 5 minutes later) and discover a very comfortable room and with a very lovely dining room still open (we arrived late in the evening as well) for us to enjoy. We were so satisfied that we stayed another night, albeit in another room, this one with a balcony and a lake view! No better place to watch a rainstorm that evening the likes of which I've never seen before.
    • A delicious breakfast, fantastic cappuccino, very spacious room with a great view of the lake, centrally located but far enough away that it wasn't in the noisy hustle and bustle of the main square, great to be able to rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. I never use the gym because it was way too hot and the gym wasn't air-conditioned enough Also. Helpful front desk staff

    Cons -

    • No complaints. It's not a real fancy property, but it was great for what we needed.
    • Even though it was advertised for air-conditioning, it almost never got lower than 25° which was pretty warm for me. Also, the dining room service was not very attentive.
    • A little bit further from the main town than I'd have liked but only a ten minute stroll along the front

Looks a little tired from the hallways and communal areas but great rooms and great breakfast , nice information given from the receptionist with short curly hair .

A little bit further from the main town than I'd have liked but only a ten minute stroll along the front

We stayed in the spa suite and it was great, hot tub was great and steam room. The property is abit dated in areas but put aside it’s a really lovely room with amazing facilities. I don’t think I could have booked a room with a private steam room and hot tub for any cheaper!

    Furniture and decor quite dated.

Dinners were excellent. Never made it to breakfast. Reception staff (especially Claudia) were helpful and amazing at directing us to all area beautiful places.

Complicated to reach my room having to use 2 separate elevators in opposite sides of this very big building.

In evening wasnt hot woter. the apartments are very big, but without a kitchenette, the beds are very uncomfortable and squeak very much. in the booking system, it was not written in the initial data that the spa is not included when booking through, and children are only allowed in the morning. we were disappointed because after a long trip we wanted to relax in the spa area with our family and that's why we rented this hotel. the mood was spoiled

Everything. The room was spacious. The facilities perfect. Everything we needed we had it in the room. The breakfast was perfect. The staff very nice ESPECIALLY IN THE BREAKFAST THE GIRL CALLED GARDAKKA FROM SERBIA WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND VERY POLITE. WHATEVER WE ASKED WE HAD IT IMMEDIATELY. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT ALSO. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!!! NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED TO HAVE A PLEASANT STAY.

    Everything was great.

Nice Hotel ideal for 1 or 2 nights, lovely spa facilities although limited to how many people are allowed in so best to book in advance. You definitely need to book treatments in advance. Normal varied choice for breakfast which covers most basis.Staff very helpful & there is under ground parking available.

Nice town where the hotel was located.

Nice town but from photos thought hotel was on the lake directly but it was not. No view from room. The decor was very old and could do with some modernisation.

    Had to change room

Really enjoyed the location. Lovely walk along the lake into the centre of town and close to ferry stop of Costa Volpino. Staff were very helpful especially Claudia and Davide at reception. Breakfast was perfectly fine and had a good choice and a beautiful view of the lake

The air con in the room could have been better, due to it being the hottest time of the year.

    Nice location, good breakfast.

Noisy, busy street below the balcony.

Amazing view and really nice location. Plus spa with swimming pool

Could be renovated, but then the price would be definitely higher

The restaurant staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful and the location is great.

We've stayed here twice before and always had a really good experience hence the reason for our return visit a third time. The front of house staff were miserable and very unfriendly. Our safe deposit box didnt work but they did resolve that then we were just getting ready to go out and one or two of the ceiling tiles in the room fell down causing a bit of a mess. We phoned reception only to be told that there was noone available to fix it that evening or even clean the mess up so we did it ourselves, although they did say we could change room. We were going out for our Wedding Anniversary dinner so didnt have the time to change the room. I asked the next morning to speak to a Manager regarding this only to be told they were on holiday and there was no other Manager available which I didnt think could be correct as I always believed there should be a Manager on duty at all times. We didnt even get an apology off the reception staff.

View over the lake ( certain rooms only!), excellent restaurant ( the best food on our entire trip), good undercover parking,

We booked a triple room but receptionist staff allocated us a double room! They gave our triple room to another family! After I complained about the inappropriateness of this, the manager upgraded us to an excellent room overlooking the lake ( with complimentary Prosecco!). We won out here, but only after I insisted we be compensated.

Clean & comfortable in a great location to explore Lake Iseo & the surrounding area. A lovely restaurant with fabulous staff and very reasonably priced. Food and wine were excellent!

There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom but once reported it was resolved very quickly.
