The receptionists were professional and helpful, especially with parking. The rooms are excellent and very centrally located. Everything was perfect—thank you.

Though located in the center of a medieval city, the hotel offers a wonderful combination of a historical touch and all modern facilities, including parking. The staff were very friendly and most attentive to all our needs, as well as our dogs’. The restaurant was excellent as well.

The room was comfortable and quiet towards the back yard. Very professional and helpful staff. There is a small parking at the back of the house where I was lucky to get a spot for my car so everything went very smooth and easy. The restaurant was closed, it was a Sunday, although at Bookings page it said it should be open… but the receptionist gave me some good advice where to find a decent restaurant.

Historical hotel, very convenient and close to train station. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Good breakfast with a fair price. The best part of this hotel was the staff, very helpful and friendly. The lady at reception helped us with our tour around prosecco hills and gave us useful suggestions about the town and the regionWe had wonderful time and would happily return anytime.

The mattress in our bed was a bit soft to our liking, other than that it was perfect.

I loved the location! Very close to the square and all the activity.

We reserved the master suite solely for the bathtub and unfortunately it leaked all over the bathroom floor our first night. We let management know and discussed with them a couple of times but the tub never got fixed and I’ve tried to touch base with management about the issue since it didn’t get fixed while we were there and haven’t heard anything back from them.

The location was perfect for us, the room was tastefully decorated, and a good size, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was wonderful.

Parking was a little inconvenient, a view of a hedge into a parking lot was a little disappointing.

Very clean, spacious and modern room in historic centre of Conegliano. Ideal hotel for short business trip to area. Very helpful staff - thanks in particular to the night porter who could not get me a taxi to the train station (not far from hotel but I had very heavy luggage) and so he kindly walked me to the train station and helped with my luggage at 5:30am.

Could take greater efforts with sustainability and reduce the use of single use plastic etc - plastic cups were in bathroom, single use toiletries, dressing gowns in plastic bags etc.

Room was beautiful and lovely bathroom.We were a family of four staying in an executive room and it was very spacious.Easy to park and exceptional staff.

The location in the historical center of Conegliano. The easy check-in at reception. The bathroom was spacious and matched the photos. I reserved a room with 2 beds, when we arrived reception had us down for 1 bed. However, they were able to find a 2 bed room for us.

The room didn't match the photos. The pictures showed a regular ceiling which made for a more spacious room and allowed for a sofa to be placed in the room in addition to 1 large and 1 small bed.Our room had an attic level ceiling that really cut into the room and made for an awkward space. The furniture in the room was less ample than pictured. The attic ceiling and angles made the room rather dark.

Very comfortable hotel with such wonderful staff. Relaxed set-up and worth a stay.It's a quiet town and great as a base to travel around the surrounding areas.
