Very good value for money. 10 minute walking from the train satation. Too cheap for this kind of hotel.

I dont know exactly from what, but there was a wired smell in the room. Maybe cigarets or the soap they use for linen.

Staff were amazing and friendly, location was great and breakfast was lush too.

Close to station, lovely reception, large room, comfortable bed.

Lift out of order on one occasion, cracked (badly) toilet seat, areas of hotel need a patch up and re-decoration. However, this is being picky (apart from toilet seat?) and we would stay here again.

Cute little rooms and good breakfast. There was lots of free parking right in front of the hotel. We arrived after 8pm and parking was no problem. Everything was clean. We stayed here one night between Cortina and Ljubiana.

Rooms were a bit small, but it was fine for a one-night stay.

The original room wasn't so clean, so they changed me right away. The reception was very courteous and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good.

The location wasn't bad, but it is a little bit further from the train station.

Staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Although the hotel is currently under renovation, I’m confident that once completed, it will offer a wonderful experience for anyone staying there. Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Nice Breakfast, staff super polite and helpful. We paid some extra to use the garage, which was great to have the option for it. We booked the hotel to spend the weekend at Conegliano, Valdobiadenne Prosecco run and it was a great option

At breakfast they serve nescafe only :-(You can not buy real coffee cause the bar is not open.No vegetable was available at Breakfast.Before 15th of October heating is not mandatory in Veneto county. The room temperature was 19C degrees and heating was not available yet.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly, good breakfast and location, close to the center and the train station.

The hair dryer is not that good.

No breakfasts as I had early trains and buses. Most of the staff were attentive and professional. Room was big. It was less than 10 minutes to the rail and bus station.

I did not appreciate the staff opening the front door from 11 PM to 6 AM. Guests should have a card key to open the door, especially in an emergency. The room temperature is controlled by the front desk attendants. Several nights were cold. You could not raise the temperature or close the air conditioning. One attendant Dora was not professional. I rang here at 9 one morning. She said she was to busy. She said call back at 11. I did. She said she was busy and would call me back. At 12:30 I called back as she did not call. I asked to confirm my reservation. She explained for 3 minutes how busy she was. It would have taken 1 minute to see on the computer or register book to find my name and confirm my reservation. When she registered me at the Hotel one week later it took 10 minutes as she handled phone calls which she told the caller 'non posso far niente.' Dora was an exception as Guglio, Andrea and Diane were professional and prepared to resolve situations which arose with the tv and temperature control. Also, no one knew the name Wyndom Gardens. The old name Cittá di Conegliano Hotel was known to all. It was difficult finding the Hotel with a new name. I searched for half an hour. With the old name I found it immediately.

Great position close to the city center, clean and very friendly and attentive staff.

Room was a bit tight, but hard to complain because of the excellent price.

Excellent value for money. Rooms are simple but with comfortable beds, good service and very clean.

I see the hotel gets a mixed bag of reviews. My experience was very positive. The hotel is still under renovation, so some details still need to be fixed, but very marginal.

Everything was quite basic but proper, from the room to the breakfast options but it was good enought for what I needed (a quick stopover of one night)

Breakfast was enjoyable though not plenty of staff. Taking the breakfast, cozy tiny accomodation, freindly personal into consideration the price is reasonable and attractive! Thanks!
