Mercure Nerocubo Rovereto

I first stayed at Mercure Nerocubo Rovereto six or seven years ago during a road trip on my way to the ski resorts of Madonna di Campiglio. At that time, the hotel proved to be a very convenient and well-chosen stop.On my current trip, I returned and stayed for one night only, and I was pleased to find that the overall experience remained positive.The hotel’s location is excellent for travelers passing through the area or heading toward the mountains and ski resorts. The service was genuinely pleasant; all staff members were friendly, welcoming, and clearly willing to help as much as possible.I would especially like to highlight David at the reception desk, who was extremely kind and professional. He was very cooperative, greeted guests with a warm smile, and communicated clearly and effectively, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable.Breakfast was another strong point of the stay. It was enjoyable and tasty, with a good variety of options, most of which were of high quality and well prepared—an excellent way to start the day before continuing the journey.Overall, whether during my stay several years ago or on this recent overnight visit, the hotel has maintained a good standard of comfort and service. I would confidently recommend it to anyone traveling through the area or heading to nearby ski destinations.

We loved it, they upgraded our room. Thanks . It might be considered little bit far away from the center, but we have a car, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

- the hotel is good located, if u have some business in the industrial zone of Roberto to do, directly after the highway exit- the staff was very friendly- the room was clean and big enough- the breakfast was very good- free parking in front of the hotel (parking garage is available and costs extra)- if u have an e vehicle, there are several Tesla loading stations in front of the hotel

- the noise, i've had a room directly to the highway and could not sleep with open window

Nothing to remember

No hot water for the entire 3 days I’ve been checked in.The WI-FI didn’t worked The tv remote control had no batteriesThe restaurant menu was very small and there were many mistakes with the food. No Christmas songs in the restaurant playing on the background.

Very spacious room with large comfortable bed and a good selection for breakfast.

There were no English language channels on the tv but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t an issue.

Location Staff

It’s the 3rd time here. First time was maybe 10 years ago and it was pretty new. The rooms are not that modern anymore, the bed looked like a camp bad or folding bed. For a 4 star I would have expected better

The room was ok, and bathroom clean. The hotel has some nice common areas and the breakfast has a few good options to choose from

The wifi wasn’t fully dead, but most of the time it didn’t work in the room

The location is perfect, just off the motorway with 2 small towns nearby to get pizza etc

The restaurant staff aren’t very attentive

The breakfast Fall Down with quality, furniture become old and the price rapidně grows, this is not ok.

Very easy to find this hotel, very close from the highway, 24-hour reception with a very friendly and professional staff. Quiet rooms. Nice cosmetic products in the bathroom. Big shower. The mattress is pretty good and bed is sturdy.

We were surprised not to find free drinking water. The beds were quite small for 2 adults. It was only one duvet and 2 pillows for each bed. Would be nice to have enough duvets for all the people and extra pillows. We missed a small night light in the room to orient in the darkness. The toilet seems to spend 10l of water or more every time - not very responsible towards the nature

Sone of the desk staff were rude. Ignored us and another couple in favour of sone argumentative Italian customers.

Convenient location - great if you are traveling by car and need to spend the night in a place not too far from the highway. The family room was spacious and could comfortably host four adults.

The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was good but not extraordinary.

Bad wifi , no wifi in room ! You have to stand near the door to get the signals, that is in 3rd floor room 304... TV and receiver outdated , not a good view facing the industrial area in the backside ..

Grim hotel in an area where there's lots of choice. I'm not ever going back.

If you're a couple you get seated in the light part of the restaurant with a fantastic view of the alps. If you're on your own (even though you're first in the restaurant and all tables are empty) you get shoved in a dark corner with a view of the wine rack. The air conditioning wouldn't work because I had opened the window to see if I could get a breeze into the stuffy room. I couldn't, so I shut the window and after 30 minutes trying to get the air conditioning to work I went to reception who told me they had reset it now that I had told them I'd closed the window. Loveless, awful, grim hotel with unhelpful, unhappy staff.

Right next to the motorway: perfect for a stay over on the way to vacation in Italy.

Restaurant/ Bar was closed on Sunday, which was rather inconvenient if you arrive in the evening (nevertheless, we managed to grab some Pizza in a lovely local restaurant just down the road …

Liked everything at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I'd recommend staying there.

The location is a little out. But great if you have a car.

The room we got first had quite a bit of noise from the trains on the one side of the hotel. We got to change rooms to the other side with the motorway, I have to say I preferred that side. Breakfast was not included, and was 9eur pr person, so we skipped that.

It was a great stay: clean, comfortable room, sleek furniture, very good breakfast (with plant-based alternatives), close to the place we were headed to. A special mention for Israel at the bar: very discreet, creative and skillful. Our friends and us loved our aperitivos there and he also gave us great tips for meals. Well done!

Our room was facing the highway and despite the soundproofing we could hear some noise from the A22. On the other hand, it’s one of the noisiest highways in the country.
