Breakfast great. Pool area nice. Parking convenient.

Everything was very good. Very good breakfast.

Shower was small and the gym is not a really gym and not working well and very old. Don’t expect to train there.

The breakfast was great

The gym was packed with stuff from outside, furniture etc and wasn’t clean. I also couldn’t turn off the heater from the room - nothing outstanding but wasn’t straight forward to do it.

They have an air conditioning but they dont allow you to use it since it is not summer

This was one of my favorite hotel during my recent trip to Italy. The staff, from front desk and maintenance to housekeeping and food and beverage, were professional and friendly. In particular, the housekeeping staff made sure the room was impeccable,Great hotel location recommended. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is superb. The room was great - very spacious

Property was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfy!! The staff were all very kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant was very good, excellent breakfast buffet. Location was good. Garage available for parking our car.

The food, breakfast and Dinner were excellent, the staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. What was a very welcome and (to me at least) unusual feature, was the air-conditioner. This was the first hotel in Europe I have stayed in, where this feature was worth its name.

A great hotel with very good facilities. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, and made our trip so much better. The hotel facilities were great, there was lots of choice at breakfast as well. We had dinner in the hotel on 4 nights and each time the menu was different. The food itself was delightful, very tasty and lovely combinations, and the portions were just right. There was entertainment at the roof bar on most nights which set exactly the right tone. Table service was the norm at breakfast and in the evenings with the staff always pleased to help. We used the pool on the roof as well which was good and there were plenty of sun loungers. The hotel itself is well located for central Riva del Garda and only a short walk from restaurants, shops and the lake. Overall a great experience, hopefully we’ll be back

The gym equipment could have been slightly more up to date with a few more free weights and kettlebells but this probably won’t bother most guests.

Hotel has everything including rooftop pool and bar and restaurant. Location is great and free parking

We all had a wonderful holiday at this hotel and resort.The breakfast on the rooftop was great, the staff were amazing! They were attentive and polite and always ensured you had shade from the umbrellas if the sun was too hot. The egg stand was brilliant and the available food - while the same every day - was all of great quality. Plenty of choice for everyone.I loved the snacks provided with the drinks in the evening/happy hour, they were a nice touch. It was a lovely way to finish the day before getting ready for the evening. The setting of the hotel, with Lake views and mountain views on all sides is amazing - many photo opportunities.We had the 4 course meal in the restaurant one night - the food was exceptional! Highly recommend you try it.

Nothing, everything was great.

Breakfast fast nice - great chef at the Egg station and good overall selection. Pity that the boiled eggs were all STONE HARD - no choice offered :-( Breakfast was only served upstairs in the open (ok, no rain) but i got rather hot if you had breakfast late. Yes there were umbrellas but the sun eventually got to you.

Heated pool - in the middle of summer!Pool was closed from 7pm to 8am in the morning.. They had entertainment in the pool area in the evening so one could not enjoy the pool in the late afternoon.One could not purchase food after 5pm at the pool area. One had to request pool towels every day from staff

Everything was just perfect - stunning views, great service, amazing breakfast, good location..

I liked the free shuttle service to the town (which would be a 20min walk otherwise one way). I like the free entertainment on the roof top and the free bike hire. The staff were friendly.

The room was tired and could have done with updating furniture. There was no room service which was disappointing however there is a great coop less than 2 mins walk away. The hotel are missing a trick here. They could be making so much more money with room service or food up on the roof top. There was also no iron available.

Amazing location, great staff, super good rooftop pool and bar. The Coop which is a huge grocery store is literally right across the street and the pedestrian area of town is about a 7-10 min walk, they also have bikes that are free to use. Room was very nice

Liked everything- if I had to nitpick the headboard in the rook was scratched some but that’s pretty minor.

Great location. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Pleasant rooftop top bar with good quality musicians. Room was spacious with very comfy bed.

Sunbeds not the most comfortable as the back couldn’t be adjusted. No socket for hairdryer in main bedroom area only in bathroom. Swimming pool was too warm and needed to be more refreshing especially as the rooftop terrace got really hot.

I loved everything! I believe I have found my new favorite hotel in Riva! Everything was perfect. The staff is beyond wonderful and so knowledgable and friendly. Every inquiry is met with a clear desire to make it happen.

One thing I would like to see, and this is just a personal preference, is more green vegetable options with breakfast. Spinach for example, or kale - something with fiber. Fiber is important to many people's diets and it would be helpful to have available with scrambled eggs.Also earlier dinner time (us older people can't eat so late ?)

Ambience, location, friendliness of staff

Noise when staff tidying up after roof top bar closes and setting up roof top breakfast tables. Noise travels down through ceiling into 5th floor bedrooms. Woken up most mornings around 06:00am

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff.

We payed for an ‘Adults Only’ hotel as advertised on Booking.com yet this wasn’t the case with children splashing about the pool each day. Very disappointing when the decision we made to stay here over other hotels was the ‘adults only’ tag.
