location, landscaping, views, food quality at restaurants were incredible

design of the rooms looked like a hostel. Super minimal and cheap looking, beds uncomfortable.

Great location, amenities and phenomenal view!

The restaurant and cleaning staff were very friendly, however the front desk staff could have been more welcoming in my opinion (especially considering it was our honeymoon and that fact was made clear in the reservation). I’ve stayed in at least 5 hotels during my trip and the front desk staff here were the least welcoming.

It’s location and the fact that there is extremely huge garden with multiple activities and animals in it

The room are fine but way below the level of available facilities and garden

I liked everything the breakfast was great and amazing

We put do not disturb and the room service staff entered the room while my wife was alone sleeping

The location is perfect the hotel and the park is really well maintained

The lack view rooms are not all really has the view to the lake I had to request to change my room since the first room given was park and Mountain View

Very beautiful location, best service and outstanding food

Everything was perfect. Room service arrived food still hot and the most delicious crêpes I’ve ever had. The bed was so comfortable. And the shower was fabulous.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I had to leave. It was perfect.

Beautiful garden/park that leads out to a pedestrian lakefront. Close proximity to the old town.Breakfast was good.Assistant Manager was very helpful.

The room was hot during the day as the A/C were switched off from Oct as per regulation.

Wow Truly a gem in lake garda Well kept, clean , great rooms and beautiful resort

Only one thing . We came at the end of September and we had a really hot day . And for some reason , the A/C wouldn’t turn on When we asked the receptionist why is that . She said that in autumn they shut all the A/C . I couldn’t sleep all night because of the heat in the room

I had a wonderful stay at Du Lac Et Du Parc Grand Resort – truly one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited in Italy. What I likedWaking up to lake views and gardens.Having both indoor and outdoor poolsAccess to lake, walking paths, green surroundings give sense of calm and nature.

What I’d ask for next stayChoose a room farther from noisy corridors or public spaces, ideally higher floor.Make sure air conditioning works well in room, especially if staying in hotter season.

Kids club staff behavior and attitude it was simply Racist.Paulina, the children’s cartoon character, deliberately ignored my child several times and interacted with other kids “mainly European “I will not visit this racist resort again.

Location , recreation and breakfast

The price is high, and our special occasion was not arranged

- Wonderful resort with huge beautiful gardens and facilities. - They were kind especially Ardiana from the reception and gave us a gift for our honeymoon.- The breakfast was exceptional. - Staff was helpful everyone is smiling and willing to serve you. - Proximity to beautiful area of lake Garda. City center is 15 min walking down the beach of lake Garda (the best walk ever with lake Garda’s scenic views).- We booked the design room but I’d recommend taking the room with balcony overviewing lake Garda.- In short, the best hotel you can book in lake Garda I’ll book it again if I ever come back.

- Room design is too basic. Doesn’t match the luxury of the resort’s facilities.- Our room had a minor unpleasant odor. Small bugs seen beside the window.

The swimming

The game room was hot and something things were not working. The kids club room is small. The staff were not as friendly as expected. For example in breakfast there are serving but with no smiles

This is a great hotel located in the mountainous area of Lake Garda. It offers direct access to the lake through a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The infrastructure is well-prepared, including parking and other services. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. Additionally, the location is dog-friendly!

The entire property was so beautiful! Steps to the beach - really conveniently located. The staff were all amazing. From the check-in, servers, bar and cleaning crew. The views from our room were also unreal - looking out to the pool and surrounding mountains. Concierge was super helpful in helping us anytime we needed a taxi, too.

It's definitely more of a family resort than a romantic getaway for couples, but still loved our stay and time!
