Beautiful and classic European hotel in the heart of a quaint resort town.

I have no words to explain how great this stay was. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff was the best trying to help us with our activities. Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. And the room…. Was amazing. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Great outdoor and indoor pool.Lobby and breakfast was also wonderful.Location is great for the area.

About half of the spa was closed.Very odd renovation, lobby and main areas are very high end vintage lux style but the rooms are pretty worn from time and don’t in more of an ultra modern style..

Convenient location just two blocks away from the waterfront. A big supermarket is only steps away in the other direction. Beautiful, old architecture and decor. Comfortable rooms tastefully appointed with historic detail and quality furniture. Good value for the money.

Hotel faces a noisy street. Not an issue with windows and doors closed, but bothersome if you want to spend time on your balcony or enjoy sleeping with windows open. No lake views due to a construction site with cranes and scaffoldings around a big, ugly concrete building close to the waterfront.

Good location, very comfortable bed, great shower, spacious suite, nice breakfast.

I feel that the staff were not as nice to us as they were to other tourists, maybe because we were Israelis.

Excellent hotel, rooms are very modern and clean. Staff are very nice and the food is excellent. The location was also very close to the lake and shopping.

The pool and lounge chair area was absolutely beautiful and starting at 12:30 pm poolside service for snacks and drinks was available at a reasonable price. The hotel has reserved parking (10 Euros per night) and lifts for wheelchair accessibility and, upon request, even provided a shower chair for our mom. Very accommodating service.The breakfast in the morning has a inside seating but also a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool (which is where most people sat). Great coffee, a large variety of sweet and savory breakfast items and drinks, and a chef cooking omlettes for you per request.

The dinner at the restaurant is not something we would recommend. Portions were small and the food was not very flavorful. There are many better options in the town of Riva del Garda. (i.e. Hotel du Lac has a wonderful restaurant "Aria" on their hotel terrace overlooking a beautiful park, a small restaurant for drinks and snacks, and another popular restaurant right in the park "The Capannina" - make sure to make reservations, it's very popular!)

Generally a decent hotel, it works and serves the purpose, beyond that not enjoyable

Remarquable hotel, amazing pool area, delicious breakfast (the omelette is AMAZING), and the all staff is so nice and helpful.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also great.

This place would have gotten a 10 from us but the air conditioning in the bedroom was broken and it was never fixed, despite telling three different staff members about it. There is a lot of high tech features in the rooms, but when it is 92 degrees in the summer, the one thing you absolutely want working is the air conditioning. We would likely stay there again because other guests weren’t having an issue with their units and the one in our suite on the lower level did work, so I think it was just the bedroom unit having the issue, but arguably that is the more important one to have in working order. We were just disappointed that no attempt to fix it was made and there was no adjustment of price or recognition that this made for an uncomfortable stay, sleeping in a very warm room.

Value for money wasn’t great. Lacked amenities like facial tissues and slippers which were expected for a room with a jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Also sparse and with towels
