Landscaping , Lobby, personal Really liked the restaurant staff, the waiter Mirco provided an exceptional service.. always smiling, polite, ready to help, very professional! The reception personal also were very supportive, professional, nice and fiendly!

The quality and service are generally average, such as the presence of a bottle of water in the room, poor air conditioning, and average breakfast.

Amazing facilities. Great staff. Operated great during the city wide short electric outbreak. Breakfast is phenomenal with high quality variety of foods.

The access to the sauna shouldn’t be charged extra. Also hours for the heated pool added would make this perfect.

What I didn’t like was the absence of anyone to help carry the luggage to the rooms, especially after 4:00 p.m. In addition, the attitude of the reception staff towards us was unacceptable. The parking spaces were also very narrow, and despite repeatedly asking the reception staff for assistance, I did not receive any help.

We liked the premises, the green spaces, the pool. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with great variety. It's a very pampering hotel.

There was a problem with the wifi and the TV in our room and it took too long to take care of it. We expected a hotel at such a level, and not cheap, for better service but we asked for a compensation and received it which was very nice and decent.

While i was on the way to the resort i received an email from the hotel that due to technical problems they had to put me into a room without balcony as i ordered. After a 5 hour drive this was not the message i wanted to receive. Nevertheless the staff handled everything with utmost politness finding in the end a solution that worked for all of us. Extremely service minded and patient they put the customers at the center. Great experience regardless of the mix up. Would definitely stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the room was very clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and professional, and the overall service was outstanding. The price was very reasonable considering the quality and range of services provided. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at your hotel… it is centrally located, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is exceptional….. especially Anna from Ukraine. She was extraordinary and really helped us when we checked in. Oh, yes, your breakfast was the most varied and delicious breakfast we’ve ever had in all our travels. The breakfast was wonderful, the stuff was good and the room was clean and big enough for a family.

The staff didn't asked to help with the luggage. Also, the location was bit far from the center.

One of the best hotels in the area. Great food, stuff, view, pool, room. Nothing to complain at all.Tiny thing but tells a lot about the hotel approach: usually in hotels when you leave the room AC stops, but in this hotel it start to wotk on max level to make sure that you return to fresh room after boiling temperature outside❤️❤️❤️

We liked the pool and the garden , and the breakfast was decent, the staff was very attentif.

The rooms where outdated for a 4 star hotel, and also wouldn't recommend the a la carte restaurant.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was simply amazing with plenty of options. Home made pancakes and omelette with chefs ready for you. The room was quite big and very comfortable with a nice mountain view. The spa area is clean and nice, quite small but with all the necessary that you would need.

The bathroom was large enough but I think needs some updates in terms of interior design. The bed for my personal taste could have been harder than that. The spa is too small for the entire hotel

It was our first stay in this hotel and originally it wasn't our first choice. But we got to know a hotel with very super friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast buffet and also a very good evening menu in the restaurant, albeit a little too playful. We weren't able to use and experience everything the hotel has to offer during our stay, but what we can say is that we would love to come back and are really looking forward to it. The hotel convinced us and although we were a little skeptical at first, we think we'll be impressed again next time. Great and very hard-working staff, a big thank you from us.

What we didn't like was the behavior of many German holidaymakers from Germany. In a foreign country, as in Italy, you should be able to speak at least the basic words in Italian, such as good morning or please and thank you. If it's just about beer and pork knuckle, these people should stay at home. Italy should not become Mallorca. In this context, we have the greatest admiration for the hotel staff, but also sympathy and condolences. In addition, the minimum price for a pizza with pineapple topping should be one hundred euros, worldwide, thx. PS: Fortunately, however, there is still an unimaginable amount to discover around Lake Garda, not only just German cyclists hanging off your exhaust pipe.
