Lake Front Hotel Mirage

Everything was okay but the egg chief screamed at me when I came to her at 10 AM

The location was perfect right in front of the beach, where the activities are. The staff were friendly and were very helpful. The breakfast was good aswell.

Super welcoming staff! From the room to the restaurant to pool, everything was super clean! AC in the room was nice to beat the heat!

The hotel is very clean, very new. Boutique and has a very good atmoshpere. The breakfast is good and the room is good.

Service could have been better, I'd expect some help to take the luggage into the room but they don't provide help with that (considering how expensive this hotel is, don't expect good service)

There were so many things we liked about this hotel but the main one was the staff. Every single staff member was so attentive and welcoming. There was always a smiling face behind the reception desk, bar and the breakfast counters. The room was great, bed was really comfy for a good nights sleep after exploring the wonderful Riva del Garda (and beyond). The facilities within the hotel were fantastic - we booked the evening spa package and the spa lounge they have downstairs is incredible, hot tubs, saunas, steam room, refreshments, it was perfect. We had such an amazing time in Lake Garda and the Lake Front Mirage Hotel was definitely a big part of that. Thank you to all who work there, we hope to be back!

The bed It wasn’t comfortable as it was 2 separate mattresses and blankets

the staff was very lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent with a good number of dishesh, room was clean and modern, the balcony view was on the Garda lake and charmingthey have small and loverly gifts for the kids ( we had 1 kid and they almost daily provide her with gifts toys/coloring)

parking is NOT free

The breakfast was very good, a lot of variety.The staff were helpful, they give written recommendations every day in breakfast time and help you book things if you want (we booked a vineyard tour)

The location was not very close to the town center, so we needed to use the car a lot. The room had some sound issues, we could hear the person in the room next to us snoring..

After spending 3 weeks in Italy, this was the best breakfast that was included with our hotel for the variety and the hot options! I like the weekly schedule of outings they offer too.

Front staff very welcoming & helpful with recommendations for dinner! Love the clean, modern look & feel.

The room was great had everything you’d need. The pool was relaxing and you can have a cocktail beside the pool too. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff were so nice and polite. One of the staff brought me a small cake on my birthday which was so nice to do! Definitely will be back!
