1. The breakfast has a lot of varieties;2. The room has big sunny balcony;3. The room has fridge and safe box,4. The hotel restaurant provides very delicious local food with reasonable price,5. The hotel has gym,6. In the neighbourhood, you may reach Lidl, Penny etc. within 7 min. walk.

The hotels location was good of you do not require being in the city center. We used it as a base for day trips around the region.

The only time I saw a staff member smile, was when we were checking out, maybe they should consider a new work place. There was mold on our shower head, I will share a Pic. Breakfast on Sunday was out of eggs every time I went to get some. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday, fresh out of the can. There was a wonderful fresh market across the street where you could get fresh fruits and vegetables but it must be much easier to take the easy way.overall, I would say this place had the least pleasant people I have encounted in all of my experiences in Italy, except for Naples. Also on Saturday night, I went to the front desk, the guy looked at me 3 times but continued to message on his phone. When I finally knocked. He yelled at me not to knock. The chances of me staying at this hotel again -3 out of 10.

Parking is great & they give you bicycle to go to downtown & it’s short 10 minutes

The safety box didnt work for me even when I told them to fix it & i stayed for 4 nights with no working safety box

Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows.Left a day earlier than initially bookedA/C above the door a bit weak and not felt during summer days.Spa and wellness almoast non existant. The lady that does it doesnt stay at the hotel and arrives especialy per request, couldnt get a hold of her.

Great location. Beautiful view. Perfect for family with children. Rooms were big and beds were comfy. Amazing breakfast variety.

We loved our stay! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Breakfast was amazing and it was really great to be able to take bikes and jump right on a bike trail that followed some of the lake.

Very clean, hospitality is amazing the staff are so nice. We took a family room for a couple with 3 kids, they have a great back yard with trampoline and playground.The breakfast is rich and tasty The utilities are goodBed is comfortable Nice small swimming pool as wellWe are definitely recommending this hotel!

The location is a bit isolated however it brings a quiet nice atmosphere

The breakfast coffee was available, but really bad. Otherwise, breakfast was good enough.

Parking was confusing. There was a very tiny parking lot with people usually parking in ridiculous ways. But there was a large overflow lot directly across the street that apparently was also available to hotel guests. But we only found out about that as we were leaving.

A comfortable hotel with cosy beds, a good breakfast and friendly service.

The distance from the centre is quite large.

The Location, the restaurant located in the hotel, service and cleanliness, also very professional staff.

The breakfast is very good and a lot of different options to chose from.Very good coffee, and lots of differents options for bread and fruits to choose from.

The room was not very clean and a lot of things were broken.The cardholder for the lighting of the room didn't work.The handle of the window also didn't work properly.

Great location, free parking, dog friendly.I had a balcony which was a plus and had a mountain view. Room was on 1st floor which was very handy to go out for walks with my fury baby.Great breakfast, lots of gluten free and dairy free options. Staff was very nice and spoke good English. Dinner was amazing, menu has a wide choice for everyone. Local wine is brilliant (Merlot). Good price value.

I could have used a bit bigger room as I had a dog and there was not much floor space next to the bed for him. Room was a bit noisy as there were little children next door, sound proofing is not the best (room 101) but I can not fault anything else. I will definitely return and book a bigger room.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff polite and competent.

Breakfast was excellent, there were so many items to chose from, it would be difficult to name them everything was fresh and tasty. Room was perfectly clean and modern. Hotel has large private parking place just in front of it. ten minutes walk, there are some fast foods open till late evening if you miss the dinner or need a quick snack.

Hotel is next to quite busy road, so rooms facing the street are bit noisy when windows are open (though silent when closed). Location is approx 30-40 minutes walk from city center so if you want to have a drink in bar, get ready for some walk.

The hotel was a great find in a convenient location with free parking. Clean comfortable room, very child friendly, warm and helpful staff and a lovely breakfast spread. We didn't take them up on the offer to rent the free bikes but we will do next time!

Breakfast was really good, with a large selection of pastries. View from the room was also really good.

Facilities could have been better. Some small improvements should be made (f.ex. the lid of the toilet was broken).

It is a very beautiful and pleasant place; there’s only positive things to say about it. We had a wonderful time. The vibrations and energy are great, as it is a blessed place nestled in the mountains—I can only recommend it.

I have no negative thoughts; if I were to write something negative, the universe wouldn’t know where to put it—it’s an amazing place.
