Almost nothing.

The view from our room was beautiful.

The only issue I had was the size of the shower. The bathroom area has enough room for there to be a larger shower.

Great people and location. Very clean and well equipped rooms. We had a midnight check-in and the night manager Alessandro was super nice and helpful the process.

It is in the center, and got an astonishing lake view room. They have a very good parking space not far from the hotel.

There was no air conditioning at my visit time, they told me they turn it on on June, my stay was in May 2025.

Upgraded room was very small compared to non upgrade. Staff wasn’t as friendly or as helpful as other hotels we’ve stayed with in Italy.

The View is the only thing that worth it here.

* breakfast is limited and was not good.* staff. not all of them sure. But many were rude. In the breakfast they moved our table without any justification, it was very rude. I assumed the table was reserved but was NOT. * the elevator is not working during the afternoons (mostly) * when you come down by stairs you’ll see piles of garbage in front of you. A huge trash bags that full and left there. * there is no iron in the room. There is a bathroom with ironing table in a different building, so every time I needed to iron my clothes I had to go to the reception for the ironing (bath)room key and press number one on another elevator to go there. * our room was with a lake view. I guess that’s why our room was located in an attached building. But the view was something else. * in general the value is not worthy.

The location and the view of the hotel are perfect and best in Garda nearby the lake and in the middle of the Riva del Garda. The room is very spacious. The heaters were working properly. The reception arranges a carparking area for you for 15 eur per day. It is easy to reach to hotel by car. The reception is very helpful.

The hotel is not clean at all. All of the common areas, the stairs etc. are very dirty. Housekeeping did not sweep the room floor for 3 days. The napkins that were behind the curtains when we arrived at the room were still in the same place when we left the hotel 3 days later. There are no booklet in the room. Even there is no glass in the room. The decoration of the room is really bad. The coaches in the room are very old and dirty. When you sit in the balcony, it is impossible to see the view because of the high balcony wall. The breakfast was very sloppy. There were constantly hair-like things in the scrambled eggs. The boiled eggs were always purple. The cake and foccacia served were always stale. The water in the machine we used for tea was not hot, so we could not drink the tea. The breakfast of a hotel of such a high price should be much more careful, diverse and of higher quality.

The hotel Is centrally situated, room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Sole was simply wonderful! We absolutely loved the view from our balcony. The location was perfect in Riva. The lake view at breakfast was fabulous, along with the buffet!

Nice outlook from our room

Unfortunately we arrived to a huge Fire Department expo/competition, with a festival type set up in the square below the hotel. Thumping music and commentary on loud speakers all day and into the night. We should have been advised prior to arrival, we would've booked elsewhere.

The room is clean, it fits 3 people even the third bed is comfy, the staff is nice and helpful

We can’t open the AC cause it’s winter, if we need to iron we need to go to another room for ironing

The location is very good

Booking guests must pay more then the others, the parking place for direct guests is 10 eur, for Booking guests 15 eur, 50% more. In the mini bar you can find only two tins of water but only the firs day. Cleaning lady did not consider the desire to clean the room later, there was no soap in the room and a shower cap, etc. for a four -star hotel, this seems very strange. Currently, the hotel management wants to save every step of the way. This is unacceptable.

Room led on to outside balcony with enchanting panoramic lake view. Restaurant was fabulous for both breakfast and evening meals and waiting staff terrific.

I stayed for five nights on a room rate rather than a trip rate. I asked for the drinking water in the room to be topped up on the second day and was told it was only provided for the first night only. This seemed a little odd, as I was paying the same double room rate each night and as I was travelling alone, so was eating only one breakfast! This seemed a little mean (and very un-Italian), as there were no coffee facilities in the room either.

Excellent location, very well presented hotel with a secure car park.

Nightmare for foreigners to access the ‘clean zone’ where the hotel is situated.

The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel is right in the heart of Riva. Location is excellent.

Service at breakfast wasn’t good. Staff was not helpful and seemed bothered if you asked questions about the food.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the city center, with amazing views from the windows. Breakfast is included, and the added touch of prosecco was lovely.

The parking is paid and quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient. The hotel itself is very basic and simple, and the check-in process took much longer than expected. The hairdryer provided was nearly useless—drying your hair with it was a challenge.
