Clean and functional. Great parking facilities and very good bikes available. Delicious breakfast and nice and clean. I would recommend the hotel.

Not much communal space other than outside

The staff and general amenities were really great. The breakfast each morning was fresh and super varied. I really loved the free bicycles to use. Since the hotel is a few blocks from the coast and outside of the center of town, the use of the bikes really made up for it. You could get anywhere in the area quickly and easily.

Best team. Eliana was great. Best location and the breakfast was very good. The possibility to use bikes is wonderful. Perfect stay.

Wonderful choice of breakfast, extremely polite and friendly staff! Room was very clean. Although it’s cheap compared to other stays in the area, I was impressed with the quality. There’s even a fridge in the room. The dining area for breakfast feels quite cute and homely.

I liked everything.

We really liked breakfast. It was quite different (in good way) from general breakfasts around the globe. We also liked available and free bicycles. You just take one and city centre is one minute away.

Breakfast starts at 8:00. We would apreciate if it was available at 7:00.

Our stay at this delightful family-run hotel in Riva del Garda was fantastic. The friendly owners welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. The hotel, though small, was very cozy and featured a delicious breakfast each morning. We loved relaxing in the shaded yard and took advantage of the free bicycles to explore the area. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. We highly recommend this hotel for a warm and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was amazing.Only if you are ordering eggs clearly define what you want, staff do not understand difference between omelette, scrambled eggs and sunny side up ;).

Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a variety of options, kind staff and owners, room clean and comfortable, there is a parking place available as well, very close to walk to lake garda

The stuff was so welcoming, breakfast was amazing and room was so clean (especially the bathroom). We’ve asked for extra pillows and got it immediately. Also took bike to go to the center. Would recommend!

Very friendly, helpful and kind people. Calm neighbourhood, though it is close to the Riva's old town. Excellent breakfasts served with heart ans smile. Rooms super clean and pleasantly comfortable. Renovated neatly and with a taste. Parking lot available.

Far from the beach

The staff is extremely friendly, rooms are super clean and the hotel is really lovely. Breakfast is 10/10. You can walk to the beach and it’s just a little walk to the town to be near all the restaurants etc.

The hosts were kind and very helpful. The airline lost our stroller and Eliana borrowed us a stroller and made our stay very comfortable. There are bicycles available for the guests which is super convenient to explore the lake side. The breakfast is really nice and the location of the accommodation is brilliant. very quiet environment.

The location is excellent. You can go to the beach, supermarket and city center walking. The breakfast was better than we expected, with a comfortable seating area and a variety of good products (fruits, yogurt, cereals, breads, and delicious pastries). We took a room for three people, which was also great, well-equipped and clean. Last but not least, the staff is lovely and makes everything even better!
