Property and grounds are stunning. Location was close to town but far enough away to feel the peace and tranquility. The people were all lovely. Francesca at reception and Dep Director Daniele, really made our Birthday celebrations special and memorable. ? Thank you. Pre arrival communications were easy and efficient. View from the room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. The Restaurant Dinner and Breakfasts were very good.The Bar and outside relaxing area very nice. Had a fantastic massage and enjoyed the warm indoor pool and hut tub. All very clean and quiet. The simple room service pizza had to be one of the best we have ever had. Would love to return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

Aircon in the room wasn’t working well, but they did their best to rectify this issue.

Great location, excellent service, great breakfast included in our room selection.Claudia and Christopher were very hospitable. Young man that helped with luggage and parking also very friendly and hospitable.

Beautiful hotel, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Staff were superb;attentive, friendly and efficient. Restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was beautiful, with a fabulous corner location and great view of the lake

There wasn't a great deal of options for breakfast

Rooms were very quiet and airconditioning was very silent. The hotel itself is historical and overall they did a nice renovation. Walking distance from Riva.

For this money we expected a high service level. The reception was good and they helped us with some reservations etc. We ate in both restaurants. The food at the bistro was good. Service was not on the highest level but we mentioned it and the staff tried to improve.Zefrino food was very good. In general The hotel has potential but they struggling with service and quality.Also some things in the room didn’t make sense - our shower was too small. No door between shower area and room; very noisyIn general we had a nice time but price verus quality service we found out of balance.

Our room was absolutely fantastic. We were in a top floor suite with absolutely amazing views of the lake and mountains. Lido Palace far exceeded our expectations! It was our most favorite place we stayed during our 2 week visit to Italy!

Perfect service, beautiful hotel placed just by the lake in the city center. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very tasty.Pool and restaurant have marvelous view with lake and mountains.
