    Pros +

    • The staff is lovely and beautiful location.
    • super attentive staff in all departments, great location, loved the pool and indoor pool for bad weather + free city bike rental
    • The staff at reception and at the bar and breakfast were very nice.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast is weak for the price that it was payed, the picnic basket the same, for the rooms that it is in the main floor, be aware that if the weather is warm moskitos are everywhere.
    • Despite the vineyards and mountains featured in photos, It was in an industrial area outside of city center. The pictures made it look like the views of nature were all around but our room had a view of a massive construction site. Then we asked to change rooms and it was to one on the 1st floor right over a parking lot and also partially construction. There were no blackout curtains only very thin ones so it did not feel very private when people were just outside getting into their cars or walking their dogs on the property. The lights on the balcony do not turn off and you have the parking lot light so it’s quite bright to sleep. There were very loud machinery sounds from the farm site nearby on a Friday evening so we could not keep our balcony door open. The interior is very outdated. The cost was very high considering it did not include spa or breakfast and we had to pay extra for our dog. there were no extras, no water bottles no kettle no fridge. There was a strong smell of air freshener which bothered my allergies.
    • The hotel closed the day after our stay so they asked us to do the check out by 10 AM. we would have liked to stay longer as we went to Riva for a marathon, so our idea was to do a late check out and enjoy the SPA to recover from the run, but we couldn't. The structure was quite old, and very different from pictures. They asked us 20E per person to add breakfast, which we didn't do. The hotel didn't have a guardian during the night, so we had to enter from a secondary door. It was not really as we were expected. It looked like a hotel that opened just to leverage the fact that they could get some additional bookings due to the marathon, but the service was definitely not up to expectations nor in line with the money we paid

    Room size quite good

Appretiate communications with staff, they helped with late check in. Location is good, comfortable hotel, would like to visit again later.

Located in some wine fields. Dog friendly

Pool was too cold for comfort, also we were informed that use of the wellness area wasn’t included because we had booked through Booking.

Room and pool were amazing. Room was clean, spacious, bright and really modern, felt special to stay here.

Breakfast was not clearly explained so a bit confusing on first day.

A lovely hotel witch is spotlessly clean with large rooms and a beautiful pool. In our 7 week tour of Europe, they provided the best breakfast !

Be aware that they have no evening restaurant, and they are outside of the town, so the nearest pizza place is 9 mins walk. We got a delivery....

I like the vineyard around the hotel, superstores and coffee shops nearby, comfy beds, clean room and clean bathroom.

Breakfast is too expensive.€ 20 per person per day is too expensive. Serving a cappuccino & brioche for breakfast should be available at no more than 5 Euros. The room looked different from photos on booking.com.There were no kettles and glasses in the room

Too pricey! Very old fashioned property, and too expensive for what it had to offer. We arrived on a very hot and sunny day, and there was no welcome drinks or water for us in the room. Location is good, as one can access a buffet of restaurants, cafes and bars at about 450m from the property. Everything in the property closes at 9pm otherwise!Bathroom tiles are a bit too slippery and there was a huge dead fly on the ceiling of our room- was otherwise clean rooms. Already at about 9am, housekeeping was noisy making other rooms, otherwise quiet welcoming/friendly staff. Pool was clean and good!Check out at 10:00, in my opinion, was out of line. .

The lack of water or a small welcome drink for guests to be able to settle in.

Loved the cleanliness and the pool.

Air conditioning only went to 22, it needed to be much cooler.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have the pool. We were in the middle of a heatwave.10-15 walk into the heart of the old town for an evening. So the location is fine.

One of the available hotels in Riva del Garda and gladly nearest to the event venue for my work related business trip. The place is wonderful.

    10VeronicaPosted on: 4-24-2024

Clean rom every day with new bedclothes and towels. Indoor bath free.Breakfast good

    Spa little expensive. 20euro /Pers for 2hours.

    10JordanPosted on: 4-19-2024

Comfortable, clean & the staff are very friendly. The area is beautiful & only a short walk to the lake, near many restaurants & shops. The bed was very comfortable & the room was nice and cool in the hot weather.

Some of the other residents staying in the hotel kept couldn’t seem to close their doors quietly even though it is sign posted to close the doors quietly. So it’s only a minor issue

Free indoor and outdoor swiming pool, large parking area, free use for bicycles.

Breakfest cold be better, at least coffee was good!

    3AbbyPosted on: 9-13-2023

Pool area is lovely with great surrounding views.

Paid more for a balcony room with a view, was given a ground floor room which looked out into the car park. It was covered in slugs and right next to a exit/entry door (this was broken and buzzed all night) The entry door right next to our room was broken and buzzed all night long. We didn’t get any sleep and there were no staff to speak to about this.We were given two single beds pushed together and two single duvets. (paid extra for a double room)

    7PhilipPosted on: 9-10-2023

Very clean and staff were helpful

Could do with a vending machine for drinks and snacks

the hotel is close to Arco in an industrial area – quiet at night.the hotel has an outdoor pool and some wellness facilities, both of which we didn't use, so i can't rate them.the hotel has a garage where we could store our bikes.our room was clean.

We stayed two nights after a bike trip. Washing our laundry was not possible. The overall state of the hotel is old, with dirty carpets, very old furniture, in our room the light switches didn't work, the night entrance lock doesn't work right, so it took hours to open the door, at night there is no light in the hotel lobby, so i used my cell phone light for orientation, etc.the room, bathroom staircase etc. look like they weren't refurbishment since the 90ies.
