Hi Hotels Riva del Garda

Nice breakfast, a lot of variety. Great spot on main street with short walk to waterfront and many restaurants and gelaterias. Good advice about where to go and where to eat. Appeared to have a parking garage on site. Restaurant attached for convenient meals outside of breakfast. Good temp control. Nice little balcony, though I got mosquito bites out there. Plenty of storage room. Can leave your bags there if you arrive early or have an activity the day of checkout. Wifi good.

The main road can be noisy. Some weird and noisy guests, but never after 11pm.

Lovely clean room, great location & the staff were incredibly friendly.

The only downside was there was no bodywash & shampoo in the dispensers.

Excellent location (even though it was next to a gas station), close to the beach and all the amenities. Dog friendly, decent size of the room.

Room price could be lower, considering that some elements in the hotel and room should be renovated/updated.

Never ever have I slept on a sofa bed soooo uncomfortable! :( The electric socket lower to the ground had a cap missing, which wad direct exposure to the electricity. For me as an adult it was "oh well..", but we have traveled with the kids. Mentioned this to the staff, promised to fix that next day, maybe it was done, we have stayed only one night.Seethrough window covers at the bathroom to the street ?

On my day of arrival, the Hotel was very helpful in communicating with me and making me aware of how to get in, if I was going to arrive late. The room we were assigned was on the top floor and was big and comfortable.It had a balcony with two sun loungers, it was huge . The view of the Lake and Mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. There was a great selection of food at breakfast The hotel is only a 30s walk away from the Lake, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Next door is Happy Bike, where you can hire an ebike to explore this lovely part of the world. I would definitely love to come back and stay at this Hotel again.

Everything was perfect.

Despite limited check-in hours, the property provided self-checking instructions, which worked flawlessly.Spacious room and bathroom.Spacious terrace with lounger facing the side opposite from the road. Unfortunately, one can't see the lake, but one can absolutely enjoy mountains view.Bus stop is just a minute or two away.Prosecco was served for breakfast!

A bit shabby state of the room.Little to none refill of the breakfast buffet.Overall, I can definitely recommend the property and will certainly consider it again should I be back in Riva del Garda.

The hotel doesn’t have the separate luggage room, I had to leave my luggage in the room for staff with the cloning supplies etcThe heater in the bathroom didn’t work

The staff was very helpful and gave us tips about visiting Riva center as well as other towns around Lake Garda. The room was clean and spacious and located 20 minutes away from the center (on foot) with the promenade along the lake just behind the hotel, making the walk a very pleasurable one.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and cozy. As a solo traveller I fest safe and welcomed. The location of this hotel is also very great. I also got a chance to use free bikes that was also very fun

The only minor thing I noticed was that the room’s lighting was a bit too bright for me

Breakfast was very good as were the staff. The vicinity to the lake shore (100m) is an exceptional advantage.

The service was excellent. The location was perfect for this budget, no frills hotel. The breakfast is a generous complimentary inclusion.

The rooms are very very very dated. You wouldn't spend any time in this room other than to shower and sleep.

Bad

The staff couldn't find our booking upon check-in, so we had to look for another place to stay. The entire experience in the city was broken. They found the booking on the next day.

Nice little balcony, great breakfast with everything you need. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull. Easy parking for the car, room for the bikes.

Furniture and bathrooms need some upgrading and exchange.

A good array of breakfast food available and attending staff were helpful. A nice place to stay close to shopping and restaurants.

Stayed one night, would’ve stayed somewhere else if we were staying in Riva del Garda another night.
