Great location and great facilities. Shower is good and I have the view of the mountain from the balcony. It is clean. The breakfast is definitely commendable. The front desk ladies Fabiana and Silvia are excellent! Super helpful and went beyond their job. Kudos to both of them. I would to stay again when in Riva.

Property was great

Our last night , the old male at reception treated my wife really bad. My wife went to reset the room Key, and the guy straight up was being rude.

Everything was excellent: breakfast, outside pool, two balconies in the room, quiet neighborhood, parking place, nice staff. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Our room could have been more spacious - a lot of space went for the bathroom, which was not really necessary.

Beautiful facility with comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms; exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of choices; very friendly, courteous and helpful employees.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel by Lake Garda – it’s truly the perfect place for a relaxing getaway for two. The rooms were spotlessly clean and came with a lovely balcony, which made our mornings and evenings especially enjoyable.What made our experience truly exceptional was the staff. Wonderful view, nice balcony, nice breakfast

The underground parking - too complicated for older people like us. The Spa swimming pool is quite basic

1. The reception staff was friendly.2. The clean room and balcony offer stunning views. 3. The breakfast was excellent. 4. The location is ideal, just five minutes' walk from the Old Town.

The wellness and spa facilities were substandard. 1. The sauna was very light, with a temperature of around 30 to 40 degrees. I managed to stay in the sauna for a solid hour without interruption. 2. The water in the interior pool was too cold. It was impossible to relax. 3. The Turkish sauna was a failure. It was cold inside.

Staff is great and very welcoming. Room was always clean. Happy faces greeted us to breakfast. Location is great for visiting the city and not too close for noise to disturb us during sleep, just perfect. Pool and spa are great and clean with lots of variety.Everything was really perfect. We will come back for sure, to experience more.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and sauna were great — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was super delicious with a wide variety of choices. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed very comfortable. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was not well soundproofed — we could hear people talking in the hallway.

The room itself is nice and spacious, I liked interior and exterior of the hotel, it has private parking, it is close to the lake and all the shops and restaurants, the variety/nice breakfast, water beds in spa, all cute little spa. The staff is always smiling and is ready to fulfill your wishes.

It is too hot for good sleep (not sure if the air itself or the covers are so hot). Sauna area (including peaceful, relaxing area) are not quiet at all (it is opened, so you can hear everything from the pool downstairs).

Its a perfect hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast was amazing, Staf was very friendly. A a pool and spa. :))

Everything was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, pool and spa was great, food was delicious and our room with a view was breathtaking. Will have to come back.

They had free parking.

Hard bed, outdated decor, barely warm whirlpool, coffee was cold, did not enjoy breakfast.

Staff are very friendly.. nadia was a charming lady at the breakfast and did her best to serve us and the lady at the reception was so helpful as well .. the room is nice with a balcony with a nice view of the mountains..

Adults only stay with nice facilities, good breakfast and a pool area close to the beach and the city. We have got an upgrade of the room and plus the discount made it a great value for money. Hotel is very quiet and offers a nice chance to wind down in a beautiful landscape. We want to thank Vittoria for being a kind and knowledgeable receptionist and a man running breakfast who have been a highlight of our stay. If not the incident below, our rating would have been a 9/10.

We had only one incident with the rental of the bikes, where the chain on one of the bikes broke. We took it to the bike shop and fixed it where we found out that the chain was too old or used and required changing. When we told to the staff in the hotel, we got only excuses and got accused of falsifying the 5euro receipt. It has been such a shame as this incident has ruined the impression of the hotel due to one angry lady (blonde, 35-40 years of age) working there at the reception. We did not feel that the hotel was trying to find solutions to this incident. We have received the 5 euro reduction on the bill which has absolutely not been worth the nerves spent on the case. In my opinion, a 4-star hotel should have been more willing and proactive when addressing this issue. So, if you rent the bikes read carefully terms and conditions and we would advice to rent those from pro-bike shops as their technicians are present on the spot and will prioritise your safety for the same price.

Perfect hotel! Location is great, 10 min by foot to the beach. The pool area is really nice with a lots of sunbeds and a bar. The pool itself is really large and clean. Breakfast was perfect. Large variety of dishes. Staff is outstanding - very nice and helpful.

The dinner options were very limited.

The hotel oozes luxury, everything is tidy, shiny and tasteful. The staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the spa is just the perfect thing to relax after a long ride, with indoor whirlpools, regular pool, outdoor pool and the saunas. Even has a kneipp pathway with aromatherapy oils sprayed in the air. Magical. The breakfast was astounding also, everything you could possibly want was an option. They also provided a garage for our motorcycle.

The dinner. For two people you are going to spend close to 150€ on the dinner, which should for that amount of money be a to die for gourmet experience, but in reality it was just a little dressed up caffeteria meal. You are better off going for dinner outside of the hotel. Also (this has nothing to do with the hotel itself), the clientele is mostly elderly couples? It gives kinda retiree home vibes.

Excellent location, fantastic pool area and a really good breakfast choice with organic products.

The room was clean but very dated and the bed very hard. It’s a shame, as the rest of the hotel is lovely but the dated room decor really is stuck in the “70’s” (with brown carpet) lets this place down. To top it off, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. It’s not very pleasant if as a woman, you have to sit on the rim of the toilet. When we mentioned this on leaving, the staff didn’t appear surprised, therefore posting a picture which will hopefully prompt them to sort this out - I wouldn’t expect this from a 4 star hotel….

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent too. Breakfast - great freshly cooked eggs (probably the best I’ve had for a long time).

We were booked in an economy room - which was absolutely and well appointed. There were three things I felt could be better - the bathroom was a good size but the shower cubicle seemed to be smaller than the wash basin. It was a shame because the water pressure was exceptional. The bed was a little hard and lacked any softness like a mattress topper. My final niggle was being placed on what felt like the naughty step for dinner. It would have been kinder to let us eat in the bar and not the naughty step (outside the restaurant) especially as no explanation was given.
