Nice location and clean property

Staff need training in how to deal with and how welcoming guests. They may have a bad impression of Arab tourists, as well as the message sent containing threats of penalties.

Location, staff, breakfast

Small room

Located right by Lake Garda, food venues, walk path, beautiful peaceful garden, and mountain views! The breakfast was amazing.

We loved everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location superb

We loved everything about the Parc Hotel Flora S…. Great location, very clean, one of the best breakfasts we ever had, and an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Parc Hotel Flora has beautiful views of palms and the mountains from it's back garden. The breakfast buffet is large and in a nice patio room with views outside. The pool has lots of chairs and umbrellas, and the lake is just a short walk down a path by the hotel. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was well sound-proofed. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of closet and luggage space to spread out a bit. There was also a safe large enough for laptops. We appreciated the complementary bruschetta and salami when we ordered drinks by the pool. While we were there we took advantage of a free yoga class one morning and free appetizers and live music one evening. The gelateria in front of the hotel was delicious, and you can also walk in the beautiful gardens of the Hotel du Lac et du Parc next door.

We were there when it was very hot in August, and the air conditioning in our room could not cool down enough. It was fine during the day, but we were hot during the night while trying to sleep.

Has no view to the lake

Great pool and breakfast selection.

No real atmosphere in the reception/ bar area.

Friendly staff, private spa ( recommended) , location is good especially if you have children. Covered parking spaces. Comfortable room, refreshing shower.

The garden was so pretty, the breakfast was beyond wonderful, we enjoyed the pool, the location was great for walking to the lakefront and restaurants and the staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked out they even gave us some fruit and water bottles to take with us on our car journey we would definitely stay at Parc Hotel Flora again.

Beautiful place. Great breakfast. Convenient parking. Good location.

Room is very comfy , staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, breakfast is amazing , location is central and very near to lakes , will definitely come again.

Clean, nice view, very close to the lake, delicious breakfast

Modern, new, connected to nature, clean; free garage parking; free minibar and goodbye gifts

We got an “upgraded room” with actually less space because of a useless bathtub near the bed.

Nice breakfast, good location close to the lake. Loved the Wellness area

The staff at the hotel were first class, so nice, friendly and helpful .. for example I was cycling on the last day when I checked out they said I could leave the car for a few hours and when I came back they had pre-heated a shower and changing room and gave me a fresh towel .. in addition when I checked out the reception staff gave me a bag with water and an apple for my trip home... nice, really nice. The Breakfast and bar staff were equally helpful and kind ... food and drink in the hotel was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful few days of peace.

I especially liked the little hidden path to the lake and the garden area... very peaceful

Just perfection - hyper clean - perfect wellness area for 10€ - excellent breakfast - near to the lake… i really enjoy so much…
