Everything was perfect from location to hotel and rooms cleanness. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was good.

I faced difficulty during my stay because the wash basin drain line was plugged and collected water was taking longtime draining

Great location! Right in the center of the pedestrian/centro area. Great outdoor patio for lunch & aperitivo. And if it’s too cold, there is great indoor space as well. Great breakfast. Book a room with a terrace overlooking the front of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast while available was pretty expensive at 18 Euros each compared to the surrounding pastry shops and restaurants.

Amazing room, modern hotel, super comfy bed, really good place to stay. Close to loads of restaurants and things to do.

Stylish and high end decor not easy to find in European standard and in the middle of busy downtown .- Good location in the middle of everywhere shops, cafes, restaurants

- Lack of parking you would have to go 10 minutes drive and 5 minutes walk away from the hotel to park in a hotel reserved car spot in a different building as well as 20 € deposit for car parking card in addition 35€ of reservation of the parking slot .- You can hear footsteps on top of your room - Reception desk stuff are not really welcoming and dry , we asked for one more hour after checking out to pick up our car and they were not helpful and understandable that we require time to go and walk and bring our suitcases back to the car .

Very stylish rooms, nice roof patio, there is a luggage storage, hotel is in the middle of city center, very close to the beach, staff was really nice.

There is confusion regarding check in time, on booking it was 14.00, in the hotel they said that it is 15.00, same thing with checkout time.

Cheerful and hip vibe. Right in the middle of the action but rooms were quiet.

Our room was small…

The location was good and near to the centre , the room was clean but no coffee machine in the room there was only coffee corner near the night exit , because the main entrance and the reception they closed at 9 pm. I tried to made a coffee but unfortunately the hot water was dirty.

No customer service after 9 pm and the parking too small (paid) and Difficult to park the parking is in the basement and there is one way to park that is by elevator also no customer service for emergence. I tried to call them many times but no response. My stay was terrible I paid for Private parking But I can’t reach any parking because it’s was full, Unfortunately, when I contact the receptions in the morning they said it was management mistake then I asked them to return my money back they said no refundable in them policy. However, no Public parking near the hotel.

Very close to the city center. It was comfortable inside and out. Had USB-C plugins by the bed. More more advanced than just plugins.

Parking was tricky upon first drive up. Maybe a sign for temporary parking before going in the garage? Plus I couldn’t get access to my car until 7:00 because it was locked overnight.

Terrific location, right on the edge of the historic zone. The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was also very good, but could use a few more hooks for towels. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of local dishes. Great staff

Parking was a little scary, getting the car into the elevator and a very tight garage. For some reason, getting out was much easier.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Bathroom good size. The main reason we booked this hotel was because they had rooms with 2 queen size beds. Gentleman at front desk in the morning was very friendly and welcoming.

There was no information that we could find on operating the AC or to be able to lock the door from the inside. Their "heated" pool is heated by solar and during the time we went, which was May 10th, it was cold. Also, beware that they do not permit food in your room. We were only allow to eat on the outer terrace.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the village and nearby restaurants and beach. Hotel is very clean and staff is mostly nice. Beds are comfortable and room is spacious and nice wiew for the garden!

Sauna is very small, and the system on booking the sauna-area doesn't work. Breakfast wasn't tempting and it was very simple. Parking is a little problem if you are on peak time and hotel's parking hall is complicated to use. If you are lucky to find a place on the streets, it's better!

The hotel was exceptional. Perfect location in the centre of Riva del Garda, close to all the shops and restaurants and the ferry port if you are visiting other part of the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very modern, clean and amazing facilities. The highlights are definitely the rooftop pool and also the seating garden area at the front, just beautiful. All staff members were extremely helpful and helped us park our car as it is a bit tight to park if you have a big car! But perfect for leaving your car for a few days and very safe. We will be back!! ☺️

Excellent location and very comfortable and modern room with very good air-conditioning. The roof garden , sauna and hot tub were really nice to use after a day's activities .

Nothing - the parking was a little tricky but the hotel staff were very happy to help
