Location, breakfast , staff were excellent

The cabin was small

Ridiculously large selection of breakfast items. Food quality was above average. Nice touch with the Juicer being available. relaxation in the spa, steam room and sauna was great. proximity to water and beach was great. Right on the bike path.

I like a warmer hot tub and a couple of the jet controls were broken. Small inconvenience and in no way impacted our stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the location was ideal with it overlooking the lake and a 15 min walk to the centre. The spa facilities were great and the breakfast was phenomenal!

The bathroom had some small damage here and there but nothing of significance.

Everything was great the room, view, locatioal and breakfast buffet. It was so clean and comfy. Recommended to everyone going to Riva

The balcony was amazing.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff were not respectful, and I was wrongly charged for a late checkout, even though I checked out at 11:45 AM. They claimed they tried to notify me by phone, but the phone in the room wasn’t working.There were also several issues with the room amenities. There was no iron available for clothes, and the shower was very inconvenient to use as the showerhead wasn’t fixed to the wall.Additionally, there is no elevator access to the first floor, and no one offered to help me with my luggage, which made the experience even more frustrating.To make matters worse, I was also charged for a couple of bottles of water that I requested on the first night. I was not informed that there would be a charge, so it came as an unpleasant surprise at checkout.Overall, I expected much better service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff and the welcoming, and how they explained everything in the property.

I don’t like that the AC is not working and nothing mentioned in Booking regarding that, I thought our room AC not working but we I called the reception staff they said they turn it off because of Environment regulations or something like that, we had not good sleeping for two nights.

Great amenities, and view, we loved our stay and using the spa and bikes, but found the beds very uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back. Still thanks for having us!

Nice property in a beautiful location. Great facilities, awesome pool, and near the town. Directly on the lake and between the mountains.

Wish the porch/balcony area would have been swept off.

Comfortable, clean room, great bed, excellent breakfast. Great experience right from checking in. The ladies at the reception were really lovely, friendly and helpful.

A bit outdated rooms and pool - a need for refurbishment. Old matresses need to be replaced.

I really enjoyed a stay in this hotel. My family and me, we spent here two nights and we were happy. Location is the best you can imagine. It is so close to a lake. Room was clean and it had very nice terrace. Breakfast so rich and tasty. We will come back here for sure. Highly recommended.

A great hotel just outside the main centre but only a few minutes walk. The hotel had loads of facilities and was superb value, a good breakfast was also included.

Location was super, exactly near to the lake , in 2 seconds you could take a walk around , it was very nice. and also there is small pub very close to hotel. Cleanliness was very good . I like spa a lot , only i found pool little bit small. Room was very good but again little bit small. However it was like in the pictures. Room view was amazing. Breakfast was really good, there were almost everything.

Only parking area is little bit small , i had to park in a strange way due to not available enough space.
