Hotel Antico Borgo

-The location of the hotel is amazing, many restaurants and shops around. -Most of the staff were kind and helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable unfortunately.

Location is amazing, just in a busy area with lots of local shops, boutiques, and restaurants.Also, the staff is very friendly and nice.

There were no instructions on the parking and the hotel didn't respond to the issue in real time.Spent 45 minutes just to find a spot, which was apparently one of the parking areas the hotel usually recommends.This will be easier to receive the instruction in advance since the hotel is located in a restricted driving area.

Old furniture, rooms have smell and many things should be renewed.

In the city center and everything is walking distance

They only have one old iron which is shared with all guests and if it is take. You will need to wait for ages to iron your cloth. Checkout time is at 10 which is not convenient.

Really liked the hotel. Clean rooms. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was very good. Lovely rooftop terrace.

A little noisy at times on the street side of the hotel if windows are open. Windows needed to be open because the ac was not turned on in the hotel.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre and within few mins walk of everything! The hotel is basic but very clean with excellent staff!

Room facilities are quite basic. No coffee machine in the room and the fan in the room wasn’t working!

Great location, comfy beds.

There's practically no soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. The breakfast coffee was really bad.

I slept in sleeping bag as if I was sleeping in the mountain. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel.

They gave me a single blanket, like the one you use to go to the mountain, I was not able to move in bed. Ridiculous.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Room was basic but very clean.

I would have liked a kettle in the room along with proper dressing table/storage area.

only one thing is best that the ladies of the reception were very polite.

I booked double bed for single person. So that the bed is comfortable. The hoteliers made a double bed by combining two single beds. But the blanket was a small single. Due to which he could not sleep peacefully at night. Then I found a place where I did not have to climb 4 different types of stairs to find the room. A 4-star hotel should have as many facilities as 4-star,

Very central location in the old town.

Breakfast was ok, could have been a bit more choice. Room was quite small for a week.

Double beds but single duvets - I was staying on my own so thought that might’ve been why, but they said they only have singles?!Limited choice at breakfast.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to on foot. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was pleasant. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite.

The curtains in the room didn’t block out the street lights very well at night.

Would have liked a kettle in our room but that was the only fault but you could get boiling water milk etc at reception!so can't really complain!

Did not seem like a 4* hotel. Seemed like a 3* hotelBreakfast was very average, coffee was so bad I had to go to an outside cafe - in Italy !!
