Everything was very nice, the room was clean and the staff cleaned it everyday too. The staff are very nice and friendly, the breakfast is very nice

Almost nothing, maybe they need to put a small fridge in the rooms. Maybe some vegetables in the breakfast. But in general it was an excellent experience

The only positive thing is it’s location and the AC

No coffee or tea in room , parking is a struggle, , no fridge, no help with luggage, elevator too small and sometimes doesn’t go down , furniture is old

At the heart of Riva del Garda. This is a bed and food facility. Restaurant is one of the good restaurants of Riva del Garda. You cannot find table at 8 pm. Try to sit dinner before this time. Staff is professional . They are always smiling. Breakfast is well enough. Fresh fruits were my favorite. Pick cafe macchiato for breakfast.

When you have a bath there are no shelves to put your shampoo and body soap. It is a newly renovated hotel. I guess they will already solve this problem when you will arrive there.

The hotel was in a nice location in the old town. The staff were lovely. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Very good property with spacious, comfy room, excellent breakfast and great position in old town. Their restaurant also has excellent food.

Location was nice. In the city centre. Breakfast was served nicely in the restaurant below. All was excellent. So tasty! Staff was polite and helpful.

Location was perfect and the whole hotel was clean and super calm despite the location in the middle of everything. Rooms were spacious and new.

Wi-Fi was bad and too few sockets if I need to mention something.

Great staff, comfortable room and great location

Staff of the hotel was lovely & helpful, breakfast was good. There was no window with great view but air conditioning was working as expected and room was quite sound proof.

There was no staff at the reception all the time but I learned to ask at hotel restaurant for someone to come to the reception desk.

Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff (always with a smile on their faces). Fresh fruit, cold slices of meat, yoghurt, musli, bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon, pastries...

The pillows was a bit hard and thin. But the rooms as a whole was great. Fresh and clean.

the restaurant is too close to the hotel facilities - felt in the way of diners whilst getting to the room.

The hotel is at a very central location. Rooms are designed modernly, bathroom is also nicely designed.

* The WIFI is unusable - limited to 1Mbps per device. * We ordered a room but got a room at the attic.

Amazing breakfast, great location right in the centre of Riva del Garda. Around the hotel are a few lovely restaurants and bars (as well as their own restaurant) - much better quality than the ones right at the lake. Very spacious room, beds are on the hard side and pillows rather thin. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
