Very unique and modern space. Right in the heart of riva del Garda. Very helpful reception!!

Parking. I reserved parking but it is almost impossible to get to the hotel because of ATL Zone and streets full. I had to pay $41.00 dollars for parking in a lot a half mile away. No offer of paying my ticket. I only picked this hotel because of on-site parking.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right by Lake Garda, with many dining options nearby. The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and has a good-sized bed. The wellness area is excellent, featuring a sauna, hot tub, and salt room (one downside is that you can only access it by appointment, which needs to be booked in advance). The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of options.

The only downside is that the wellness area is only available by appointment (however, this ensures that there is no overcrowding).

Directions to the car park provided in description of hotel. Not all have constant access to the internet. Pillows not comfortable.

Excellent location. right on the square. We had the 'junior suite'. This is not much of a suite - rather a hotel room with a couch - but it's in the rafters so super quiet even though you right on the square. Seems that part of town has strict noise rules so bars close relatively early.

The one receptionist! Needs a serious attitude adjustment! She was generally 'short' and at times, down right rude. The other 2 receptionists were lovely. Hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren so if you have heavy bags, in some rooms, you may need to carry up a few stairs. not a major problem,

Central. A good selection at breakfast and very good dinner.

Not on the lake front. Only one elevator and very slow. The wellness center is not at the hotel, it’s at another hotel. Parking was full. No room service. Air conditioning was not very good.

Fantastic location near the harbor and nice cafes with great views. The car park is not too far away.

No pool on the property and the one at the other hotel was very small. It’s advertised on Instagram that there was a big pool.

The lift was broken half the time we were on the 4th floor had to walk 80 steps to the top

We paid for an air conditioned room. The room was claustrophobic as the air conditioning system was not working. After repeated complaint to the reception, a table fan was provided on the second evening.
