    Pros +

    • We got the primum room. It was fantastic, very big , new and clean. The staf where very helpful and nice.
    • Pristine white furniture in this Premium 2 BR suite, almost too white to be comfortable. Fantastic lights fixtures and ultra modern decor. Good location in middle of modern hotel district about 1 mile from old downtown, good private parking lot. Fantastic breakfast with everything, even sauerkraut with the eggs. The fruit was grapefruit and apples and kumquats. Nice pool and view. Has a separate room to lock up bikes. I sense that this hotel has some interesting history with this premium wing and separate eating area because the front desk is run more like a simple pension, not a luxurious hotel.
    • It was clean and good location

    Cons -

    • The hotel is located on a main road and you could hear the traffic inside the room.
    • They did not make up the second bed until after we arrived even though I requested it several times beforehand. No bar and restaurant for at least 3 years but it's still listed on their website. However, I learned from the staff that they open up the restaurant when they have groups, then clients can join in. No shortage of restaurants nearby.
    • The person behind the bar was not a bit friendly and did not make us feel welcome at all even though there was not one person in it apart from ourselves.

professional service, close to the lake. very clean and tidy rooms, tasty breakfast and large parking lot at the hotel.

    8BertolucciPosted on: 9-22-2024

The breakfast was great, as was the location and parking availability. We had a large deck overlooking the city and short walk to old city.

10:00 check out when all others are usually 11:00.

    Great service and hospitality

I had chosen this hotel for the balcony of which I didn't have, when I brought this up at reception they was none available

Very good breakfast, nice pool area. Perfect parking. Good bike room access. We had a roadfront room, but it was not very loud in the night.

We were automatically upgraded to a premium room and this was lovely and very spacious. Large balcony, and beds were comfy.

    Air con was noisy

    Breakfast was nice.Pool is good.

We stayed in a Premium room which was on the 1st floor. The noise from the road was unbearable and deprived us of sleep most nights. The sliding doors to the balcony do not lock which we found very difficult to accept.Anyone could climb up to the balcony and access the room

I loved the staff, location and the swimming pool. I got a bigger room than I originally booked.

The only thing I did not like was lack of air conditioning in the room. This could be fixed and the room could be renovated at some point.

    Location very good!

Breakfast, and cound't get out very early in the morning. I had to go for my trecking to the mountains and without breakfast the climbing was very hard.

Everything was great; location, staff, breakfast, room, pool and having their bistro close to the pool so that you could have a drink or a beer with snacks at the pool.

Everything was great, but it would ha been even better if there was a fridge/mini bar in the room.

    8RosangelaPosted on: 7-23-2024

It’s close to everything you need: restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping malls, beaches, etc.

The room really needs a frigobar and a cube shower instead of a shower curtain

    7AlinaPosted on: 7-8-2024

Situated close to beaches and hiking trailsHelpful staffOwn pool

The room didn't look the same as on pictures. No balcony, both windows (one in the bathroom) were facing a busy road. I was generally satisfied with my stay, but I had to keep the windows locked to escape the noise from the road. The water from the shower ran directly on the floor, so that everything got wet afterwards. The tap in the shower was broken and it was hard to regulate the water temperature.

    LocationComfy bed

Breakfast was limited and no fresh fruit, breads tasted mass produced and dry.Building’s appearance was shabby Short cuts taken everywhere eg tea bags in room but no mugs, spoons, milk or fridge WiFi absolutely terrible had to go to another property to use theirs. No iron even at reception TV no English channelsBar and restaurant not open most of the time
