Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms were nice, the bicycles they loan you at no cost were an added benefit and the breakfast is really outstanding. I travel a lot and this hotel is a good value. I loved it!

A clean and comfortable place to stay. Great staff and an excellent breakfast.

Convenient and spacious parking, quiet place, attentive staff, heated pool and jacuzzi. Cleaning and change of towels every day, we hung "do not disturb" and new towels were thoughtfully left at the door in a basket. The walk to the center took 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a store very close by. You can rent free bikes. Check-in and check-out are very fast, I highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team.

I have coeliac disease and get very worried about travelling. The hotel provided me with a gluten free basket at breakfast every morning so I never felt left out and it meant I could still enjoy the variety of the lovely meats and cheese in a bread roll, spreads on toast and all the fruit.

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in our room but they did have one in reception which we took up to our room. That is it, everything else was great.

I stayed in the hotel Virgilio for 7 nights and it was great from the moment I checked in. The staff is super helpful and very nice, the rooms and beds are comfortable and everything is clean and working just fine. The only thing I didn't like was that I could hear my neighbour snoring loudly at night and people talking behind the walls, but I used earplugs and slept through the night just fine. The pool is heated and a breakfast buffet won't leave you hungry. There is also a coop just near the hotel which is a great addition if you want to buy yourself some local snacks.I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic! This hotel exceeded ALL of our expectations. The breakfast was spectacular! There were so many options, most of it was home made and delicious. Heated pool with the jacuzzi is amazing. There's also a nice relax area inside with cozy chairs and fireplace. Sadly we didn't try their restaurant and regretted it a lot after the breakfast. The family that runs this hotel puts their whole heart into this and they take care of every detail and try their best to make your stay the best it can be. The hotel is also close to the centre of Riva so you don't have to bother with parking in the centre (or you can take a free bicycle). This hotel is by far the best price to quality ratio I have ever experienced. Will definitely stay here again. The best hotel in Riva Del Garda.

Location fantastic, out of downtown but close. Ample parking a huge plus.The breakfast was a feast. Best one I've had in Italy so far.

Peaceful and calm placebto Be accept some noista kids but these are everywhere.Lovely roof terrace. Pool would have been the best and it was actually was but I could't use it bc of my own reasons. Ä nice place to be ❣️

Excellent staff, convenient location, excellent breakfast: a variety of fruits, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, muesli, cereals, milk, jams, juices, coffee and tea. The hotel has a lift, a swimming pool, terraces with sun loungers. High-quality and beautiful bed linen and towels. Comfortable mattresses. Very clean. Right behind the hotel, if you go through the gate, there is a large store.

Very small bathroom. In the evenings tobacco smoke penetrated into the room through the open balcony, which was unpleasant.

Breakfast was great. We had a meal there which was a good standard . The staff were nice particularly the restaurant staff, particularly Jimmy. Reasonable distance from Bus station(you can't get a train to Riva itself).Aldi very near.

It was a bit far out of town (We walked but some would find it a bit much). Jaccuzi could have done with a clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The thermal outdoor pool was a highlight, offering the perfect spot to unwind. The hotel also provides free bikes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. Another bonus was the free private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!

Shower door was stranger and wouldn’t close

The hotel is located in a silent location, but not too far from the city center. Parking for free, also the possibility to store bicycles in the garage. The hotel has a clean pool, with service. The breakfast was really good. One of the best mattresses in the hotel rooms.

The shower box sealings were damaged. The performance of the AC was a little bit under estimated, so it took a long time to cool down the room.

Room nice, clean and modern especially shower/bathroom. Honestly amazing breakfast. Bicycle loaning and parking for free. Heated pool (was springtime)

Breakfast was incredible, friendly staff, dog friendly and easy to find with plenty of parking.

Nothing- it's about a 20 minute walk down into the centre which wasn't a problem for me but others might have an issue with that.
