The location is excellent (a few minutes walk to the beach on the lakeside) and the area is extremely quiet and well-isolated from traffic.

Good location with pool, clean room, nice beds and balcony

Very noisy made it hard to sleep and extremely lack of space at the small toilets in our room.

Location was close enough to the action and had a lot of parking. The pool was perfect. Breakfast was good.

It is old. The room’s furniture and shower are very outdated. Felt like I stepped back into the 90’s.

The location was great for exploring Riva del Garda. We had a balcony with a table and chairs and it was very nice sitting there.The breakfast was nice.

The shower's draining was pretty slow so the shower filled with water pretty quick and drained slowly so you showered with your feet in the water.

It's very close to the main street of the resort with parking at the back of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were available. The breakfast was exceptional with good quality savoury items and so many cakes to choose from. A lot of effort has been put in to offer guests so much variety.

Nice location, quiet place, near the city and beach, near cycloroads. Very good breakfast.Cycloroom. Parking place.

A bit far off from the main parts of the town, but a very nice walk by the beach to get there!

Good breakfast. Quiet location within a few minutes of town and all the restaurants, shops and activities.

The staff were wonderful. Really accommodating and friendly. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk from the lake. Then 25 minutes to the main town. The breakfast had lots of choice (cold meats, scrambled eggs, breads, cake, yoghurt, cereal and pastries). The pool was cold but very clean.

It was a good basic hotel with a few extras so theres lots of improvements which could be made but overall it was a good stay. For example, it has noisy window shutters but they are amazing at blocking out the light.

The bathroom could use some upgrades. Additionally, we didn’t receive the room we selected on Booking. We were supposed to have a balcony with a garden view, but instead, we ended up overlooking the street ?

Advertised as a 10 minute walk into Riva, but in reality it’s closer to 25/30 minutes. 2 members staff were unfriendly and rude at times, but the rest of the staff were lovely

Clean room, friendly stuff, good location. Family suit is big and comes with a big terrace to chill with the entire family just right next to the pool.

The breakfast was not so good - powder based scrambled eggs, raw soft bacon, dry bread.

Friendly staff!! Everyone was friendly. Nice pool with lots of space...parking easy and close. Breakfast normal and good ?. 3 blocks from mall. 9 min walk to the sea. ?

Only thing was air conditioning you couldn't make cooler than normal. It was fine though. Comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights in this albergo. Check in/out car parking very easy. Our room was big ,clean. Good choice for breakfast.

We liked the breakfast, parking on site and we loved the pool. 5 mins walk to the promenade by the lake.
